I could try and give a little insight on that Dedede clip at 11:11 I'm not too knowledgeable about Dedede and his hitboxes, but what I do know is that on his Forward Smash he has 2 hitboxes (the handle/stick of the hammer) on the initial swing that are actually windboxes. They have no other values on them whatsoever, just wind boxes. It's pretty hard to land those hitboxes over the big hammerhead hitbox that does damage, knockback, ect because they're quite small and are out for only a couple frames. When someone hits the windboxes, it actually throws them towards the ground very quickly, which can lead to some very weird looking ?spikes? into the ground that do no damage, hitlag, hitstun, or anything. So what I'm guessing happened is that during Iceies Side B there was some hurtbox shifting which led to Popo getting hit by the hammerhead hitbox and Nana getting the windbox, but because of the platform the windbox couldn't really send them down, so in flung them to the left because they were to the right of the center of the windbox.

Fully charged Phantom doesn’t have a hit box at the start of his dash, only at the end, so you can usually stand right next to him without getting hit, HOWEVER, he will drag in whatever direction he’s moving in if this happens. This guy clearly knew that and used it.

I may have a possible explanation for what happened in the Dedede clip at 11:13. First, though, i need to explain a few things. Icies can sometimes be jank when it comes to multihit moves because they each have their own separate hitlags, meaning that a move has to go through twice the hitlag while hitting both of them. For example, if Pichu tries to combo his dair's spike hitbox into the landing hitbox (a true combo on all other characters), whichever one gets hit first can actually recover and bring out their shield while Pichu is stuck in the hitlag from hitting the second one, thus escaping the combo and getting an easy punish. Did you know Dedede's F-smash is actually sometimes a 2-hit move? You can test it by f-smashing an aerial opponent, but you'll notice they get sent flying from where the hammer lands rather than where they're hit. This is because, for whatever reason, the move actually has a hitbox that does 0%, and immediately puts the opponent on the ground in front of him to get hit by the rest of the move. What I think happened is: -Nana and popo (with nana being the one controlled) are simultaneously hit by the 0% hitbox of Dedede F-smash -The weak hitbox for the f-smash (the first failsafe to prevent what you saw from happening) supposed to cancel out the momentum from the 0% hitbox does its job and sends nana flying normally. -However, because of the hitlag from the move hitting nana, it is unable to reach popo in time before he gets sent flying. -Because he is on a platform, popo cannot be pushed diagonally down into the strong hitbox of f-smash (the second failsafe), and is instead launched purely horizontally at mach-20. tldr: Icies deserved this for being a fundamentally broken character, but also fix Dedede f-smash please.

My ideas for the Luigi/Robin clip, it is a possibility that Robins neutral special clanked with the hurtbox of Luigi and his side special hitbox on the same/alternative frame/s. During Luigi's side special, his hitbox is nearer the middle of his body more than it should seem to go with the fact that his hat is not part of his hurtbox because it makes sense that way. Because of this, the hitbox might have cancelled knockback after coming into contact with the hurtbox on the same or chronical frames. Basically Hitbox placement shenanigans.
