TIL: Avocado oil, that I cook with, can be used to cool a three phase transformer.
As long as the oil meets the requirements of ASTM D 3487 Type II, I don't see why not.

Transformer ke connection kaise karte hain primary or secondary
After winding and core manufacturing, windings are lowered on core limbs. Then connection process starts. Primary agar star rakhana hai to bottmo terminals ko bunch kiya jata hai. Agar delta karana hai to ek winding ke top se dusre winding ke bottom ko connect karte hai...hope this answers your question.
