I want to point out that in your title, "How to Build a Robot?" is actually a statement, not a question. This error seems to be occurring more often in written speech, and is being accepted as "standard English" when in fact, it is not. If you wanted to ask a question, the title would say something like, "Would you like to build a robot?" or "How do I build a robot?" The title would be find as it is, by omitting the question mark. I sincerely hope that this educational site will pay closer attention to the language you are modeling for our children.
