Nowadays, a lot of hawker owners who make wonton noodles tend to add curry chicken, marinated chicken feet and other poultry goodness on the noodles. It's a super flexible and amazing dish.
Yay Malaysia! The food courts in malls are either on the top floor or higher floors or the lowest floors, not necessarily a basement. You should try food courts outside of a mall as well, the mall food is good but those at outside food courts can be even better!

Congealed blood is called black pudding in the UK. But black pudding is mixed with stuff like oats ( i think) and other grains to lessen the iron taste of blood. Love black pudding more.
