A Day-Date that displays neither the day nor the date. I was with you Jenni, didn't like it at 1st but now I find it fun. Still wouldn't get one. Well maybe if I was a billionaire
Happy Holidays, Jenni Elle! I really like it and despite not normally being a rose gold fan, Rolex’s Ever-Rose works with the jigsaw puzzle dial. The emoji dates and gratitude-themed days are a nice reminder to not be so serious. I liked the balloon watch and like this one even more.
I didn't pay attention to it when it was released and had forgotten about it. Seeing it this morning made me realize that it's an interesting watch and would be fun to wear.
I have a white gold one. I visited the boutique every day for a year! It's got a green margin in the top right, but the words in the day window are: PLEASE THANKS QUEUE BEG HUMILIATION LIST BEND OVER Has anyone else got these words, or do I have a unique piece? Please let me know.
@yordantuzsuzov7717 Of course, the Rolex customer! I thought it very amusing. Yet to come across anyone else who have this version. It might be super collectable. As Rolex collectors, that of course, is the absolutely last thing on our minds. For us Rolex people, it's definitely, simply, absolutely, purely about the watch!
I really love daydates ! But to be honest: from 1956 on, they are almost exactly the same except for some dials... Its just a dial, nothing rare or fancy about it...
So far out of my price range, it's not even funny, but I'm considering getting a Duxot Accelero Rainbow Chronograph Pearl Black before it's sold out (if I can get it for a good price). I personally prefer my watch dials and bezels black, grey or white - no blue or green dials for me, but I like the color explosion going on in the Rolex Jigsaw and other modern watches... Well, maybe it just reminds me of my good old Fossil Looney Tunes watch from the late 90's.
I know its tacky, I know its frowned upon...but I still really like it, its so unserious in a happy non-offensive way. it has a weird naive delusional charm to me
You should always buy what you like. Not what other people like. If Rolex is not for you, don't buy it. If you are interested in Rolex, I can't think of a less conforming watch than this Jigsaw Day-Date.
A lovely watch that perfectly epitomises everything wrong with Rolex, a brand wanting to change with the times but are too Swiss to be playful authentically. It's an impossible to buy product without building up your expenses with them personally, being a celebrity or finding one on the grey market. does look cool though.
In America, puzzle pieces like this represent autism awareness which is what I think of when I see this Rolex. Probably was no part of the decision to make this watch, but I would think people connected to autism would love this dial.
In order to enter the cultural zeitgeist, something needs to matter in some way. Most people don't know about this, and if you showed it to them, they'd think it was a cheap kids toy. I'd say "nice try Rolex", but honestly, Rolex didn't even try.
such a cool, fun and interesting watch, majority of the people that dislike it are the same people that’ll have a “watch collection” and the entire collection will be all blk subs from old to current and boring gmts lol
Not a great watch, far too colourful and busy dial and on the wrong complication. It wouldn't be so egregious if it was just on the standard oyster perpetual
@@richardsmegma5081 nothing personal. The watch is ugly gimmicky. The only thing that stands out is “Rolex” on the dial, and it’s the reason why it’s being reviewed. Swatch and Citizen been making those for ages, no one cared.
Very beautiful everose gold case, sapphire hour markers and the enameled puzzle dial. And then they destroyed the whole watch with the most woke day/date complication.
I owned a Day-Date, ref 18078, in yellow gold that showed the actual day and date, thus living up to its moniker. Even if this puzzle dial had the actual day and date, it's just too busy for my liking. I'm surprised Rolex deigned to put hands on it so you can actually tell the time.
The dial is beautiful and as you say everything else is standard Rolex high quality day date … the after market price you show is ridiculous…. This is a woke era themed watch and now that trump is in the woke era high water mark is past us so I’m not sure 🤔 if that makes it more or less desirable
One of the very few Rolexes i would have in my collection. Rolexes are dull. People that aren’t nerds recognize the brand. The fans are all, “Rolex!” Boring. The others are pro/anti Veblen goods. The pro-Veblen, I don’t regard. Conversation will be dull, the people duller. The anti will have a good conversation, but will consider me dull. This, on the other had isn’t dull. It’s fun. People will like to have a conversation about it. Even the “fun is against my religion” folk will have something to say about it.
I could not think of a worse looking watch. Anyone who buys it does so just because it’s so rare and so they can enjoy the bragging rights but how can anyone not loose sight of what it looks like!
I asked my missus what she thought, ‘So tacky’ was the answer 😂
Producer Michael might be intrested......................................

Great review. The rose gold is gorgeous; but not into a ‘theme’ watch - just give me the day and date. Platinum day-date with the ice blue dial! 🔥

If you're 12, yes.
@@ZoranDekic Or if you don't take yourself too seriously.
@@bloodymarvelous4790 if you spend $10K+ on a machine-made watch, you definitely don't take anything seriously
If it didn't say ROLEX you wouldn't have cared.
Well done review. Thank you for your unique take.
Beautiful watch. Thanks for sharing!
I own both a neo-vintage 18238 and a Stella dial OP. I love the Jigsaw Day Date and enjoyed your review - Happy Holidays!

Love this watch!
I happen to like this way but I wish it still had the day and dates on it
As a antirollie boy i have to say that im crazy enough that id actually rock the white gold version as my only watch with the crown
Proves that even the Swiss have some sort of humour 🫣
Love it!

This was is so not me and soo not my wife taste but it's so special, so fine made and for some reason we both love it.
it's not even cloisonne enameling lol "so fine" your barometer for quality needs a calibration
Getting more and more uninterested in Rolex. Dont care about the so called value retention. Next watch purchase will be less conforming.
You should always buy what you like. Not what other people like.
If Rolex is not for you, don't buy it. If you are interested in Rolex, I can't think of a less conforming watch than this Jigsaw Day-Date.
Uninterested, not disinterested. Common mistake.
@@Nordic_Skythank you sir
Happy 4U
I just moved up one spot!! 👍🏼😜👍🏼
is this kevin o'leary 's watch?
$300K lol you could have a Lange Perpetual Calendar Tourbillon Lumen or one of these machine-made, mass-produced pieces.

When your rich and bored, also have no class... this is the stupid things you buy. I love all your videos Jenni 😅👌
Meh! The only thing interesting is that the day complication pretty much covers all the different lsd I took during the 90,s.
This would be my grail watch. Utterly fabulous and interesting .
OMG, your hair! Looks good! The Rolex, on the other hand...
Your nail polish is perfect, rather than this tacky nonsense watch🎉
It’s not my style but I would t kick it out of the box. 😂😂😂
Korean language?
Such a silly watch face-orange-biting-nails Great review Jenni!
looks like a watch you'd get with a happy meal... or perhaps a swatch if i am being very very very nice.
This watch is so stupid and I adore it
In America, puzzle pieces like this represent autism awareness which is what I think of when I see this Rolex. Probably was no part of the decision to make this watch, but I would think people connected to autism would love this dial.
I thought every color was supposed to be a face color that rolex has released before
thats the oyster perpetual celebration dial I believe:)
This would look nice if Oris made this... but Rolex? Day date???
It is a funny piece of jewelry for the upper class.
A face only a Mother could love!
I believe that if it wasn't a Rolex more people would be on board with it.
if it wasn't a Rolex at $60K, it'd be cloisonne enamel by another brand. you know, actually worth valuing a true artist's time and hard work.
Love the hair, Jenni - the watch, not so much.
Not for me, but I appreciate it. Playful. White gold version works best to my eye.
wow and peace be upon you from me
Jenni makes Rolex even more attractive - "Rowlrexx"
Wolex lol
Yes "wolex.".
My daughter is autistic. I would buy one of these in a minute if I had the funds. I believe it would be a great way to promote autism awareness.

Jenni, perhaps it is just me, but the audio on this video is very hard to understand. Not sure why it would be different from your others.

No thanks. Looks like a toy.
Good god that thing is ugly
@RaptureGen Did i say I didn't support Autism or that it wasn't a worthy cause?
It can be for a good cause and also be God awful.
Yep, it’s ugly!
Harsh thing to say about Jenni, especially so close to Christmas!

Don't let your Autism override reality.
Tacky and childish. Rarity does not equal classy.
Not the rarest Day-Date, Rolex Day-Date 18059 Rainbow Khanjar is rarer, only 5 produced!
ugly watch.
Rolex: the company turning a luxury experience into Imposter Syndrome.
I love it
All that craftsmanship and materials wasted on a gimmicky and soon to be dated watch…
Cloisonnism

I don't think I'd wear that if someone gave it me for free.
That's good, wouldn't want to see that monstrosity in person 😂. Jokes aside, not my cup of tea - I prefer bland and boring 😉
You need to do something about those hairy arms. White gold stealth for me:
to please you? you're the caveman
too busy too over priced bizarre anti Wolex design tbh
tatouessssss why?
Brutally ugly, bubblegum machine looks
Really hairy arms 😂
Designed by an old person who thinks jigsaws are relevant. So old fashioned. Horrible.
