      Hello Crix, there are different approach to your request.
      But you can do this:
      Summary: After drawing these 3 circles touching each other, draw another circle around them.
      Step 1: draw a line from one circumference to the other to form a triangle. That means the 3 circles will be within the triangle.
      Step 2: Bisect two angles of the triangle to get the center of the 4th circles. The point of intersection of the bisector is the center of the 4th circle.
      Step 3: From the point of intersection, draw a circle.
      With that, you'll be having one circle touching three other circles.
