I think a really solid job has been done to revitalize that area. Nice to see businesses setting up shop and expanding. For years it was a pretty depressed area. That being said, I just hope it doesn’t become over developed like Plymouth has done as of late. Personally, I think the apartments expanded a little too much and I hope that area doesn’t become over developed in the coming years with insanely priced condos or townhouses.
Absolutely, it's truly wonderful to witness the remarkable transformation of the area! The revitalization efforts have undeniably breathed new life into this part of town. It's heartwarming to see businesses thriving and expanding, which undoubtedly contributes to the overall vibrancy of the community. Your concern about overdevelopment is entirely valid. It's essential to strike a balance between growth and maintaining the unique character of a place! Thanks again :)
