    A yard like this brings more value to the house than a swimming pool or a jacuzzi

    This guy John hit the mango lottery when he bought 3. It’s an amazing mango that is super productive and big and has pineapple and coconut flavors. I have 2 also but nowhere as old as John’s.

    I am a bit jealous of people being smart enough to get a home on larger lot!
    Really great to see trimmed and untrimmed tree difference! Also wow how location plays a huge part if and when frost comes!
    Great video! Stay safe with Nicole coming!

    That mango tree alone boosts the property value immensely. What a gorgeous yard.

    Good to see mature, horizontally spreading trees! 10,000 lychees from that tree -- wow! I am drooling!

    how do they harest the fruit on those large trees? Does the fruit fall to the ground and get smashed?

    You should come back to this property during mango season to check on fruit set.

    1000 lemon meringue mangos and a perfect climbing tree for my kids. I’d pay 10 grand if I could magically transplant that tree to my yard.

    Actually the Pickering is a seedling from Walter Zill's property. The mango was named after his friend whose last name was Pickering. Walter Zill continued to graft that variety ever since.

    Fruitful Trees Good morning ! Tell me please If I plant a stone from Pickering mango Will it bear fruit If so, after how many years? And another question Will it retain maternal properties?

    • @FruitfulTrees
      @FruitfulTrees  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      no you have to get a grafted tree to make sure you are getting the same thing. Depends on what size you get to know when you will get your first fruit

    The Title "Original Pickering"is misleading because the first Pickering is still on Walter Zills property where he planted it.
