    We have had outbreaks on the Oklahoma Texas border yet no doctors seem to be willing to consider it. If you go to the dermatologist here for rosea you will likely leave with a prescription for an antiparasitic drug. If you go to the dermatologist for a parasite you will likely leave with an antipsychotic prescription.

    Dear Pip Amazing talk and congratulations with the end of your relationship with the sandfdy. I unfortunately do have Leishmaniasis i was bitten in Spain in last year i am still eaiting for the infectious diseases referal appointment. Im dying slowly ive losylt 14kg im an old man i came ill after i started at university in 2016 after spending the summer in Spain i n 2017 i had surgery to remove a lump under my skin on my thigh. They disnt find what they were looking for. Niw i have caterpillars of sandfly coming from these lumps and i get little volcanoes and it has burrowed into my tjroat as my breath stinks of well death. My dog conxtantly whines when i wake up pushing her nose down my throat almost. I feel dreadfull i used to run marathons weekly. Every Wednesday. I beleive i am being left to die as the dermatologisf says i have foliculitis!! And i cannot get an appointment with them. I am waiting for Lyme disease tests i cant carry on im 52 i am feeling and looking like a frail 70 yr old man. I have to stay downstairs now i cant walk upstairs. Nobosy will listen to me they have even put me in a memtal health ward! Telling me its all in my head! But ive videos and pictures of the lavae and eggs only visible with a microscope 1mm in size. I have exactly the same stink8ng volcanoe sore on my neck. What can you tell me to take medicinally to help symptoms if any?? Ive now had heart problems and lung problems i dont drink alcohol and i do not smoke. The sandfly has ruined me and so has the ignoramce of the British medical association. They are in my tummy i have headaches i have eye ache i fear its in the brain now. Thank you for the information i am so happy your not suffering as i know how that feels and not to be treated is worse as i feel them eating me i cant sleep. Ive tried burning them 99% alcohol on sores the pain ive had is off the scale. I pray now on the 21st i get the infectious disease referal the ent consultant asked for 6 weeks ago.

    I wonder if there's anything that can be done about the lip and tongue smacking noises that this microphone amplifies louder than even the person's voice. I have misophonia so it's really frustrating.

      Did you need treatment? Or did it heal on its own?

  • @konradvonmarburg7733

    I am sure that those suffering from this disease in 3rd world countries where they can't get treatment and their faces are slowly eaten away really appreciated her poem.

    • @Lost1nTranslation
      @Lost1nTranslation 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      The irony is they probably do a better job treating it in those countries. They don't miss the signs and know the treatment better than those who don't see it frequently. I saw a video where, in the US, the treatment cost $50,000! So, I see where you are coming from but it's a bit more complex in come cases.

      antimony, the turtle shell was a much safer option as are a number of herbs but she has some strange belief in superiority of her postcode

  • @maryodonnell5760
    @maryodonnell5760 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    The turtle shell treatment was easy and non toxic, and successful, her only argument against it was they hadn't researched it despite the fact it works, and they just want to stop people doing the many things that work and transition them to another medical model...the antimony treatment was life threatening, toxic, not always successful and she needed close monitoring to see if she'd even survive it, many don't and can't even take it - so she seems confused and there's an arrogance about western superiority here that just doesn't add up...
