- Hello Friends, So finally we travelled to Jaisalmer our last destination of the Rajasthan Road Trip. We brought in New year in Jaisalmer known as the Golden City in the centre of Thar Desert. We explored the iconic landmarks of the city starting the Great Indian Desert, going to Desert safaris, camel rides etc in the sand dunes, enjoying the serene beauty of the desert at Sunset to wandering through the Patwaron Ki Havelis rich in Rajasthani architecture. Thrilled by the visit to the Haunted Village of Kuldhara, known for its ghosts and other paranormal activities. Got a taste of the local traditions, folk music and dance that brings Jaisalmer to life. All in all we had a great time travelling on the Road and exploring the beautiful colourful culture of Rajasthan.
