Hi yes the props comes out if there is no obstruction. You feel like something holding back it because of Magnetic power. Remove firmly . I hope it works…
If it’s broken you can’t do anything.. but you double check , there four clips which locked in to both side. Try to Remove careful.. and sees it’s broken or not All the best
If it is a small tank you need to remove half of the water in to bucket and shift the fish int it. Clean the tank thoroughly. Fill with filtered water or clean water. Finally shift the fish back to the Tank. Don

Do not turn it off only turn it off when you are feeding the fish but write after the finish turn it on again fantastic only time we should turn it off without it the fish will die
Every time TH-cam has to post two commercials for me to watch the video I'm going to post a negative comment about TH-cam making me do that. This is awful and horrible and I'm not paying for premium service. I wish somebody would create a TH-cam alternative that's free forever and ever Amen!!

Hi as usual, turn the motor off when you feed the fish.Turn on after 30 minutes to an hour .

Sir it's a problem that the pump is not working only sound is coming and bubbles also not coming..
You need to dismantle the hose . Cleaned in tap water . Make sure it’s cleaned inside. Then reassemble

We always use some kind of soap to clean dirt. But rinse soap from the sponge with lots of water. So it won’t harm fish..
