When you are making bread for so long time and always the same quantity you know exactly how the dough should be, to smell, color and texture of the dough believe me!! I'm a bread/pastries baker for more than 40 years, I don't need any measuring also ....I'm making bread for more than 50 years! I learn from my mother first, oh my I was so young I wasn't going at school yet....Twice a week mother made 20 loaf of bread with me and my 3 older sisters , she was still making her bread to the end , she was 80 years and she still was making her own bread , mom never never wanted to eat bread from the store, and our family also, no one was buying breads and still don't buy, same for butter and country white cheese and goats cheese, so good! I miss you mom m❤ But one thing have change in my making the bread, I use a professional bread stand mixer for kneading the dough 😅😊😊 the bread is even better because kneading longer!!!

With so much butter, sugar and eggs its a " BRIOCHE " OR IN ENGLISH " BUN " its a pastry, a sweet eggs bread !!! Its really REALLY a simple recipe she's doing, its a base recipe and it is made in all around the world in multiple declination and addings....since the world is world!!!! In France, they have the most incredible BRIOCHE ever ! Its a must❤ But, one secret for making the best ever good bun or BRIOCHE is to let the dough fermented at least for 12 hours, normally we are making the dough and we bake the next day but you must put the dough in the fridge cover for the night and bake it in the morning ....The dough is nothing like it, very elastic and transparent and so soft and light.....its heaven when baked!!!!❤

Another similar one is BABKA (an enriched Jewish bread that is out of this world good). What impressed me most about this was not the ingredients as much as the volume of dough she was working with.

There's plenty of good recipes out there...But , The French brioche is one of the best ever never made all over the world!!!! Surch for the recipe that need to fermented all night before baking, those are the best ever brioche you will get !!!😊

U can guess more or less what she used. The important is the amount. But u can see that she has the feel about it as she keeps adding here and there. She used butter, margarine, salt, sugar, fresh yeast, flour & I suppose some vegetable oil and eggs.

Ich denke nicht, das vor 1000 Jahren so Brot gebacken wurde, wie es unterm Video steht, vor allen wurde nicht so viel Fett, Zucker und Eier reingerührt, damals gab es auch keine Hefe, nur Saueteig oder Anstellgut, wie man heute sagt. Was hier gebacken wird, schmeckt bestimmt gut, kein Zweifel, aber das ist kein Brot, sondern Kuchen 😊
