I dislike how emotional and unreasonable she is. As soon as someone does something that she doesn't like, she immediately resorts to splashing them. She complains about how people don't consider her feelings, while she never does that for them, it's kind of hypocritical. She refuses to ever listen to what other people have to say. You might argue that "she did choose her dad over her friends", but the attitude she had toward it was awful. Like she was forced to be there and showing her dislike for the situation any chance she gets. That completely defeats the point: her dad doesn't just need her to physically be there, he needs reassurance that he has her support. She's really going to need some serious character development to redeem herself, in my eyes.

She is so jealous and irritating and Charlotte hasn't done anything evil. Nate is doing bad things, yeah but not Charlotte. The only reason we have to hate Charlotte is that we know that Cleo and Lewis are going to get back together, either at the end of this season or in early season 3. I am just waiting for the moment in which Charlotte finds out that the girls are mermaids or something and she reveal a sinister side to her, like Dr Linda Denman, and basically will become an antagonist for the main cast, which we can point to her being truly "evil" and then she fails in some mission in the season final, or something.

No she's not. Up until now she has been super polite and communicative, while Cleo has embarrassed and been super rude and mean to her. Cleo was the one who started being to Charlotte first and her mother by being a petty jealous ex who was the one who initiated the break up with Lewis in the first place

She dyed it back. In that episode she said "I want my hair back to normal" and Rikki said "Your hair's only red when you're a mermaid" and she said "I know, but it's enough for me." So that implies she dyed it back, or it could have faded

No she's not. Up until now she has been super polite and communicative, while Cleo has embarrassed and been super rude and mean to her.
