The black stuff is mustard seeds. That banana pakora thing, its actually not banana. Its actually a cousin of banana called plantain. Slightly firmer, a lot bigger and when ripe can get REALLY sweet. And people choose this one to fry because it retains shape better than bananas do.
Im from Philippines but i already tried samosa coz my friend have an Indian friend also who live her in the Philippines... a bit spicy for me but i like it there are lots of flavors and ingredients in it but i can only eat one coz its spicy cant handle that much.. 🤪😁

I'm Surprised how the only thing you try to relate every other Indian dish is to a Bread...Bread with a patty , Bread with spice, Jackfruit bread, Banana bread. Bread with filling..etc. .Just an observation.
They are kids with no exposure to other cultures. (No disrespect to them) Surely they'll look for the common denominator in these foods as that makes the most sense to them.
