Can you talk about combined medical and psychiatric residencies please?

What are your feelings about "Tort reform" measures that cap medical malpractice punitive damages in many states to a figure around $250000 dollars for medical malpractice cases.
Do you believe that the, sometimes, extreme dip in patient care and outcomes in states with these laws is correlation or causation?
Do you believe that doctor-owned hospitals (including behavioral) do not experience the same dip in patient care or outcomes as was experienced in doctor-owned nursing care facilities.
These are questions I have for every doctor I have ever interacted with but funnily I feel I can't ask.
Not trying to dump on you. I know your profession experiences hardships wholly foreign to any other profession.
You may not even be in a stat/country where these issues are not present due to local/regional/federal laws.
Even if so, how do you feel that these practices exist and flourish in many communities?

Thank you for your questions. Unfortunately I don’t have answers to them at this time.

Hugs led to sex with my (former) psychologist. So saying NO is important!
