Peter Heinrichs Special Curly smoked on my new Peterson Irish Harp 606 | Most enjoyable blend & pipe

It took me a long while to get hold of this excellent & perfectly balanced VaPer blend, it was worth the wait.
The pipe I smoked in this review, is my new Peterson Irish Harp Sandblasted (606) Fishtail Pipe
Blend description:
This balanced blend is composed of the finest Virginia tobaccos from South and North America as well as Africa and the unique Perique from Louisiana. Cut into small round slices, this tobacco offers a unique and enjoyable smoking experience. Peter Heinrich's Curly is a masterpiece of tobacco art. The Virginia tobaccos offer a natural sweetness and smooth flavors, while the Perique adds a touch of spice and complexity. The combination of these tobaccos results in a mixture that is perfectly balanced and incredibly enjoyable.

Peterson Irish Harp Sandblasted (606) Fishtail Pipe
Peterson's "606" is a straight Pot in typical Irish style, exemplifying the company's penchant for robust shanks and hearty proportions, while the thick insulating walls exude plenty of muscularity on their own. With a wide tobacco chamber, broad bowl dimensions, and a transition that emphasizes the shape of the bowl with subtle cheeking, it completes a unified composition that's full of stout substance and an impressive in-hand feel.

Thanks Daniel. I can’t possibly think of any reason not to pick up a pipe, so long you don’t inhale the smoke and keep your smoking sessions to every once in awhile that would not impact your health at all & in fact in my opinion would improve one’s life with something to look forward too as a cutoff & relaxation sessions and of course to taste the delicious tobacco blends smoked leisurely with a good beverage. In my opinion that is highly recommended in our overpressured lives these days.

Nice pipe thanks for sharing. Pots are great smokers and rustication is preferred; I agree. Looks like Peterson is stepping up their game. I have not bought one of their pipes in a couple of years. In fact, that pipe is still unsmoked. Ha ha, too many pipes. I've yet to try that particular blend but it does present some interest. Those Heinrich blends are often sasquatches over here.

Thanks Jim. I agree Pots are great and this pipe in particular smokes amazingly. As for other Heinrichs blends I don’t know but the Special curly is very good quality & tasty VaPer.

That is a lovely Peterson Pipe, great sandblast & I like the acrylic colour stem, set off nicely with the silver band. That Virginia-Perique blend sounds good too 👍💨💨

Nice looking Peterson Nathan i do like the sandblasted look & stain. The PH special curly is a very nice vaper blend that i smoked in the past, unfortunately now only available as you say in the US, if you want to try a similar quality vaper blend try the Peterson de luxe navy rolls which is available in the UK and is firmly on my rotation it is very similar to the excellent Escudo

Yes Gary I have both blends on order, the Peterson De Luxe Navy Rolls & Escudo Navy Deluxe. The Peterson from Germany & the Escudo from the US. I can’t wait to try them both especially the Escudo although I was told they are both produced in the same factory and very alike on quality & flavour.

@@TheVapingPiper Good they are excellent virginia / perique blends, in my opinion the Peterson is a touch sweeter and slightly smoother not as full bodied as the escudo but in essence they very much the same. Will wait to hear your opinion on both as a comparison 👍
