Just tried this. I have only be smoking Early morning pipe till now. I can say this is much better. It's burning very well. And taste is better. At first tin smell, latakia is more prominent than in EMP, but while smoking is not that much dominant.

Oh my word Nathan that whisky you are holding is the holy grail of Glendronach that I'm privileged to own a few including the 21 that i am not surprised they emptied the bottle😂 Wait till you taste it, you would savour every drop it is silky smooth with richness & depth that would in my humble opinion would sand up to much higher priced Macallan 25. And of course the pipe is a stunner😎 What a gift that clearly a lot of thought & knowing your taste is very evident. Enjoy them both as i truly know how much you deserve it. Enjoy them both. Regards. I enjoyed that. I also mixed Orlick golden slices with the salty dogs. That was really good as well. You have a wonderful and blessed Sunday. I wish that I could be at your Barbecue. Hi Nathan Lovely video, thanks for sharing your thoughts. By my humble opinion sending Virginia based tobacco to a new pipe smoker, not a good idea, cause of thong bite. More suitable would be some burley-kentucky blend. But his is only my opinion.

Hi there, enjoying the content thanks! You mention getting tobacco from the States. I've just started pipe smoking whilst cutting down on roll ups and really enjoying it so far! What source do you get US tobacco from and what can I expect re custom fees etc? There are several pipe tobacco blends that I want to try which I can't get from the UK but am unsure how I need to go about it. Thanks in advance and keep the great content coming 🙏🙏

It does have a light rum topping that is obviously difficult to detect.

First Nathan i am ever so pleased you are enjoying "Gary's meerschaum" 😂as for LNF you know how much I love this blend. Compared to the salty dogs 🤔i am not entirely sure which one is my favourite. Both are very good vaper's 👍I did try blending the salty dogs with OGS as you suggested it is as you say, Superb😊 I am not entirely surprised that the guy you met recognised you from your vaping channel after all you do have a decent following on that channel. Hi! As I usually smoke "natural" tobaccos, it was due to my curiousness in ordering a try package with DTM tobaccos. Amonngst was the V.S.H. and others. The one I tried first (Wappen von Hamburg) was not to my taste. But then I opend the S.V.H. What a delight of an aromatic! It is exactly as you're describing it.The master mind behind it, Michael Apitz, said in an interview that it was his first creation for DTM, setting himself the task to create a pure virginia with heavy flavouring, what was, as he said, never done before. I must say: he succeded. Besides my normal taste this one will be with me. To my palate the S.V.H. is one of the, if not the best high aromatic tobacco. Maybe I'll try also the flake version....

This video is extremely timely. I'm a new pipe smoker and just today received a larger order of Virginias and VaPers including this luxury navy flake. I look forward to trying, and good to hear how it compares to something like Salty Dogs. Thanks for taking the effort to make a video! Also good to hear the meeting (likely) turned out well.

I love my meersham pipe & a great VaPer! Just tried the SPC Virginia Jazz....yummy, but so far, Peterson Elizabethan is my favorite!

Great video! I love all 3 of the different stokkebye flakes. If you like the two you got, definitely give the twist flake a try sometime! All 3 are some of my go to bulk blends.
