The two important leaders in Kaw Thoo Lie are Genral Ner Dah (KTLA) and Gen Baw Kyaw Hel (KNLA). Bo Jonny is too old too weak and too sick and too confused. We need to bring Gen Ner Dah and Gen Baw Kyaw Hel to take over the leadership of Kaw Thoo Lei to rebuild our Kaw Thoo Lei' army. We need to do that before it is too late. Many Karens in towns and rural areas in the Irrawaddy, Bago, Yangon and even Toungoo areas have been Burmanized by force, terror and severe discrimination, starting from Ne Win's time. That is why, though the victims of atrocities by Tatmadaw in Nyaungbintha were Karens, they bore Burmese names.
