I am at the very start of having nicer handbags in my mid 30s that weren‘t hand-me-downs from aunties etc and bought my first coach bag last year with the fun money that I saved up over a longer period. Just recently added my first Longchamp shoulder bag and now adding a Longchamp top handle in small. At the very beginning of our marriage on very low income, we decided to have a very small fun money budget each month. Probably one of the best things we have done to have financial harmony in our marriage. He can spend his however he pleases and same goes for me. I probably would feel too guilty spending money on something that I love but don‘t technically speaking need if we wouldn‘t have that agreement in place. Thank you for sharing how your journey has been. We don‘t drink alcohol either and definitely save a lot of money because of that. I have always loved handbags and it feels so nice to finally have some of my own even if they are on the lower end of prices. I enjoy them so much.

I ask not because I think it’s bad - you can’t get to a boutique of course if you’re keen you’ll buy online and check it out… it’s totally reasonable, but do they hold it against you I.e. LV? I purchased 8 bags from LV this year and had 3 returns (one bc of a defect was an exchange, and the other two were both defective). One of the latter two defective bags I purchased again immediately but in a different color. I'm not sure if I just purchase enough they don't care or if I have been lucky? I'm certainly not a VIC at LV. I try to buy directly from boutique at LV vs online when possible so I can see photos of the actual bag I'm getting. All the bags I bought that way this year I have kept except the Passy, which developed glazing cracks in the first month. I definitely don't want to do all preloved either! Awe thanks so much - LV is my fav by just a little🩷🩷🩷. I have Cubital tunnel and carpal tunnel syndromes. I had both of my ulnar nerves "released" and "transposed" to release pressure and alleviate numbness but still have issues due do tension in my neck and shoulders. Stretching is the best remedy at this point. I may have to have carpal tunnel surgery too. I take medicine to dampen pain and the tingling sensation from the nerves being compressed. It's gabapentin, which isn't a controlled substance or anything, but it does help. Best of luck and have a wonderful 2024!!!🩷

Enjoyed this video a lot, was hoping to get your advice. I have never sold any of my luxury handbags. I have a handbag that’s just too big for me now that I have problematic issues with my neck and spine and need to sell her. The other issues are that I purchased it on pre loved market from the Real Real with a little issue with the braided handle. Since I do have the seller’s receipt with her personal info marked out, should I attempt to get Louis Vuitton to repair it? And how / where is the best place to resell. Any help by you or others would be greatly appreciated
You won't need the receipt to get a LV repair...you can submit it through the LV app and communicate through email or phone:). I think ebay may just be the best place for new sellers, since everything luxury in the U.S. seems to go through their authentication center which is very thorough!

Ty so much! I know it's so hard to sell...I would recommend trying ebay for higher budget items - they offer authentication to protect both the buyer and seller. This allows sellers with little to no sales record to sell much easier. Facebook groups offer an excellent platform to sell mid level/contemporary brands all the way up to luxury. Paypal invoice helps to protect both buyer and seller. Unfortunately I can't recommend sellers I don't know in person through my channel...it would be a huge liability for me:(...hopefully one of these avenues might work for you? Thx again for watching!
My husband doesn't work a traditional job you could say. So I have always made a point to allocate a chunk of my income for his accounts. Whatever he wants to spend it on it's up to him. Honestly for the most part he saves it. But just recently he wanted a vacation and a PS5 and some new tattoos. I was happy to grab the tab for all of that because thats just how our marriage works. My husband does bring in money and he is generous with it as well but I think all couples should have a fun fund for each person. I collect bags and silver and books and celebrity autographs!

They are their own brand, but they do get pretty close to the designs of not only Valentino, but other brands too. It’s definitely a way to acquire a “style” without breaking the bank and without carrying a counterfeit bag but it’s tricky and Idk how it is handled legally 🤷🏽♀️
Of course! Personally I would go with something with a bit more unique flare to it that differentiates it a bit more from what it has been inspired by, but I definitely don't have any problem with the brand because it's not using any trademark logos or markings claiming that it is something it's not🩷.
