- The Alash Ensemble sings the Tuvan folk song "Kara Duruya" ("The Black Crane" in english) at the beginning of a Russian interview ( • Во! Время... / Ансамбл... ).

@@emateiblin5409 I should have written that down better. The Hu is a Mongolian band of throat singers. Their genre is Metal Rock. A song they do is called Wolf Totem.

It's called sygyt, it's a Tuvan throat singing style, and it is slightly different from Mongolian techniques. These are singers from the republic of Tuva, not from Mongolia.

Sounded amazing but, ayo what was that about a child bride? Crazy.
No it’s not about that, the word translated here literally means the youngest (of a family) but it also means beloved. “Which daughter will he choose (as a bride)” might be a better translation. It’s an analogy of the fate of choice where one ends up. Just like the crane chooses where to spend the night, a person can choose who to spend his life with.
I just wander about the song's title.
In countries like Argentina that would mean "shameless" or "crook".....

In Tuvan it means "black crane" (kara=black, duruyaa=crane), crane as in the bird.
