Wow! Really impressed! I did this to my adly silver fox 50 ccand now it is going 80 km/h. I also did this last night to my Kymco Bet&Win(ego) 50 cc and today I will give it a test run =)
0.5 mm is taken from all of the front variator and speed is increased. It is taken from the middle of the pulley 0.5 mm. It will not be taken from its surface. The drive set will be installed 1 gram lighter.

Hi Dendys04 there are scooters that need to be tweaked And the centrifugal to get a bigger step for the scooter There are other machines like the PCX that tweaks the variator, you remove the stops to increase the step

you removed the stops from the variator you asked them both where it goes into the shaft in the hole and it doesn't work properly you have not done something right
Wow thats is a big improvement. Can i do this on my Aprilia sportcity 125cc? My top speed is around 100km/h and my acceleration is bad. I checked the roller weights and they weigh 7g. Is this too low?

@@MBPATENTS Το ξέρω οτι όσο ανεβαίνεις γραμμάρια, τόσο πέφτουν οι στροφές. Η τελική ανέβηκε γιατί ανεβηκε και ο ιμάντας πιο ψηλά. Σε ρωτάω επειδή κι εγώ πείραξα τα αυλακια στο βαριατορ για να ανεβαίνουν πιο ψηλα οι μπίλιες και δε ξέρω αν πρέπει να μείνω στα ιδια γραμμάρια ή να ανεβώ λιγάκι (ακομα δεν το έχω τεσταρει)

Καλησπέρα mixalis pontos το βάζεις μπρος και τιν ώρα που δουλεύει ο κινητήρας ρελαντί εσύ κρατας το γυαλόχαρτο πρέπει να κατέβει 3 με 4/10 κάνε κ μια μικρή καμπύλη να μιν σου να μην σου φάει τον ιμαντα προσοχή τον άξονα με το γυαλόχαρτο τωρα μιλάμε για 7 μέχρι 9 χλμ

Hi ravedisc I think so because most of the motorbikes from Varadero start I don't know In some others it also starts from the centrifugal rear you have to tamper with the centrifugal that opens and closes to get the top speed to increase the step Thank you very much for your kind words!!!
@@MBPATENTS my scooter Piaggio x7 is stock, I will install Dr pulley sliders (10gr, vs 11gr stock) and just better braking pads. Soon, I will do the variator mod and will write you how much speed I gained and how it affected the fuel consumption. Now my top speed is 132 on the speedometer (GPS I think 122-123), I will see with Dr pulley 10 gr what the speed is, I will also modify the sliders to 11gr, 12gr, 13, 14gr and see what the difference is. And I will do the modification on the variator as you did. I just need a little bit more top speed in order to have less rpm at 80-110 km/h. Acceleration is not so important to me, but I see you gained a lot for acceleration with your mods (faster than 250cc with your 150cc) Thank you.

Hello sir, thank you so much for this video :)! On the stand it gives 138 km/h, how much will it do on a flat road with and without wind? Will it be able to reach 125-135 km/h? I actually thought that only the yamaha Nmax 155 is worthwhile buying, but with these tweaks it looks like Honda PCX 150 is also an option now :-)!

I love the pcx the only bad thing it has are the brakes as for the Nmax very good scooter but not like the pcx it is not, if you disturb the variator and the centrifugal a good exhaust flow flow head and a camshaft goes with 155 - 160km / h comfortably has a lot of room for improvement !!! Up to 135 I go but after 130 they find it difficult to do things. As for the Nmax it can have a good start up to 60km after you bring me that they press the "brake" :) I also wear 23 grams of bliss. PCX only !!!!!

your theory is very correct, this happens when it has a harder spring or balls 10 and below, the variator has nothing to do with this ritual

Εκεί το γυαλίζου με βούρτσα αλλά δεν το συνιστώ.
