Sir actually the concept is that, if marriage is dissolved by divorce the period of Iddat is 3 months, while in the unfortunate scenario of death of husband the period of Iddat is 4 months and 10 days long. Sir..the nikah without witness is no nikah at all.then how it is considered to be a fasid nikah?under shariat law of sunni sect without witness there is no nikah .presence of witness at the time of nikah is a mandatory condition.i think u r wrong here.it should be when the no.of required witness is not present like out of 2 witness only 1 was present or 1 males and 2 females only 2 females were present then this is a fasid marriage plz correct this from your law book there are no.of hadees that prove this .so I would like u to explain me. i need to know more about this .plz.
