The goliath doesn't spawn for me even though I've beaten Scooter's quest and it shows that something is undiscovered.

Its location is completely random and sometimes he doesn’t appear just clear the area several times until you find him (he should be where the rats can appear in the center area or where you see in the video) sorry for being 5 years later xd
