Yes it does filter all the time when the jets are running by sucking off the surface (main jet pump sucks via the course filter pipe scutions in the foot well also). Extra filtration cycles occur when the hot tub is not in use via the filtration mode set up.

I love that I can time my filtration cycles. Is there any way to time the high/low TEMP cycles? For example, tub switches to high temp and heats up an hour before I typically get in it :)

You need to go into the Preferences menu and then Reminders and turn them off. These are all time based so will not know if you have cleaned the filters or not.

How do I set the temp lower please? It’s currently at 40 degrees but I need it lower, I’ve adjusted the temp so it goes to 35 degrees but it just flashes then goes back to 40, what am I doing wrong please?
You are doing nothing wrong, once the flashing stops it shows the current water temp which is 40. There is no force cooling so if you want to to cool for bathing, leave to cover open or add some cold water.
I have this panel and the BT is always on so no setting for it as far as I know. Just scan for it on you phone when stood nearby and it should come up, mine was called "Joy".. not sure why? You'll need to enter a 4 digit pin on your phone to connect, the hot tub provider should have given you this, mine was written on the receipt. Once connected you can stream any music as normal. Word of warning though, the speakers are rubbish and when they have water on them (ie all the time) it vibrates making it sound like they're blown so I generally use alternate outdoor speakers. Oh, and when you are connected everytime you walk past your tub it beeps to confirm its connected again.
I've got the 13amp hotub Lowspeed stays on is this correct shud it go off and keep the water still mine looks like jets on all time this is brand-new I'm not sure if this is a fault
The pump will run on low speed when your spa is heating up and when filter cycles are set to happen. I would guess at the moment your hot tub is still heating to the set point temp. Once it reaches this the pump will turn off on it's own.

If you want the circ pump to run all the time you need to set one of the filter cycles to run all the time, so start at 0800 and end at 0759. It will purge all pumps at the cycle start for 1 min each then leave the circ pump on for the remainder. Your circ pump may not need to run 24/7, often filtering 2 hours a day (12 hours apart) is ample but if you are trying to recover cloudy water then setting to 24 hour speeds up the recovery.
As default it's off. I would suggest turning it on and running a cycle 12 hours apart from the first one. For most users 2 cycles of 1 hour should he enough but that depends on the spa model, how many bathers, how frequently etc
Hi Debbie, it will depend which light driver is in your spa. With ours, turning the lights off and then back on in quick succession turns them onto the next colour in the sequence. When you get to the 'dimmer' red, this is the start of the blend sequence where it burns through all the colours slowly. Most spa lights work in a similar way.

Could be a number of things, check your jets are open and the position of the water diverters. If it is a spa you purchased from us, you could give us a call at the showroom.

Hi. You need to put it in to rest mode. The pumps then turn off.

I can't get the time of day option. But somehow get to pick from 24:00 clock for filter. No idea what time it'll run.

If the pump that does the heating returns the hot water through your massage jets then you re going to want to keep them open

What does an R on its side mean?
It means the spa is in 'REST' mode and will only allow the spa to heat when the filter cycles are scheduled or if you activate a jet pump manually.
How do I turn blower on please
Hi Shane, our spas equipped with a blower don't use this panel but I would expect it will be the AUX button. Hope that helps
