Turned from a creepy sad song into a creepy empty song. It started out sad like a parent was murdered and then it became creepy like walking down an empty hallway in like Fnaf.
yandere simulator music is so goddamn uncanny like it gives you nostalgia, calm feeling, but you know something is off, like its comfortable in 90% but terribly scary in 10% and when you kill people it just gets worse
I remember looking up the song when u first commented this and it ended up being one of those rlly cool horror songs that arent generic so i say go for it
Hello, I was wondering if I could use this track in a horror game I am developing. I would like to place it in the main menu in the background. I will credit you in the credits of the game if I am able to.
Update I’m making a new indie game but it’s the same characters; didn’t like the previous one -_-, whenever I think of making scary music I’ll come back to this vid despite using BandLab or GarageBand
I really hope you'll reply to this comment, its been over two years so I doubt it but it's worth a shot. I've got he highest edition of FL Studio available to purchase and I don't have any plug-ins called "OTT". What is it, how does it work, and/or at the very least, how do I get it?
No i always reply. Its a multiband distortion/compression plugin. Its not part of fl stufio natively u have to go to Splice.com and download it. Its by Xfer. It helps to search up "OTT vst" when looking for vsts/plugins that u dont know ab otherwise itll never show up cus they have vague names.
Pro tip, don't try to buy your way to creating music, sneak around the internet finding every free bit of production material, take every audio sample that isn't nailed down, hoard free plugins because speaking from experience you'll need one sooner or later. Also watch tons of yt tutorials, when listening to a song you like, attempt to understand how they made what they did. Experiment around, have a good time. And no matter what sample amen breaks no matter what genre your producing a track in 💀
Oh ok so i downsampled the piano using the dwsp modulator and set thay to 45ish percent then had some filter to filter out the higher frequencies (freq knob)
And also the mixing matters to so although theres a bit of the dry signal goikg through most of it is the wet signal being the actual bitcrushed piano. So both signals are played at the same timw
Now this is helpful, since I'm gonna work on a horror game jam with one of my teammates.
Im glad i can help! Happy horror music (and game) making!
good luck tomo
