If I compare all projects with Adarsh green, adarsgmh green stand uncompetable, 26 acres land and 40% of open space none of any project had seen and coming to amneties it's unbelievable with such a budgeted price. I purchased 2bhk at a price of 48 lakh its worthy
The project was launched a year back and there is little to no progress for Phase 1. Not sure if they can meet their deadline of oct 2024.. So whats your take on that ? Is it advisable to wait ? Thanks in advance !

I think the project is sufficient for a 3-4 member family
