I remember going hunting with my grandfather for 4 days, on the 5th day I finally got one but even if I hadn’t gotten one I’d always remember that, a great thing he did for me. We don’t deer hunt now unfortunately due to CWD being everywhere.

You’re absolutely right! Hunting with family is always a special memory, no matter the outcome. CWD is an awful thing, luckily it isn’t very prevalent here in cold the northern states.

Congrats to that young man . But now ya gotta get him on mature buck . I too have a 3 point buck for my first buck but since I’ve focused on mature 3 yr olds or older and have taught young nieces and nephews and soon great nieces and nephews to do the same . Again well done

My kid turns 4 this christmas and tells me all the time how he wants to go out with me and kill a deer. I am sooooo excited to get him in a tree with me to have the same moment you and Lucas!!! Congratulations, and GREAT job to mom and dad for raising them right!!!!
