What I think is incredible about him is this level of coordination. I dont know how to explain this, but it seems that he is playing the game from an observering point of view, where he perceives everything he is seeing and needs no brain work on his keyboard-mouse-coordination. He is never surprised, his reactions are very fast, even while moving etc. It really is like an expansion of his body. I'm not seeing this perfection in any other player its crazy. If I play myself or watch other pros you can see that sometimes its super hard to hit shots while moving and scoping. Its like he perceives the whole screen. It's hard to explain, but when you play yourself the game feels so different as when you watch someone. And he plays like he is watching someone. I hope someone knows what I mean. I myself have 4k hours and was faceit 10 and I have never felt so outclassed by any pro demo.
i get the same feeling when i watch electronic, but i feel like electronic does it in a way that feels more regimented, like its just him knowing what he has to/is doing because hes done it so many times, while zywoo looks like hes doing everything by feeling
I understand what u mean. Especially the part "he plays like he is watching someone play" My reasoning behind that is that he has no pressure. He has complete confidence and he never doubts himself. When you watch someone's game, u have no pressure since you are not playing it at that time. And that's how it feels like when I watch zywoo play. His gameplay seems fluid and strong.
yeah it's like how messi plays football. it's like he sees passes like he's watching the game on 10 screens with different angles. I'm mid faceit lvl 10 2500 elo w almost 5k hours and its feels unreal to watch zywoo demos. It's exactly like messi, he knows what to do next before the moment has passed. Insane, wonder how much of it is intuitive. Defo the best talent of all time. I can literally hop in bed before sleeping and watch a zywoo demo. Will go down as the GOAT of CS if he keeps this up.
One recent game i watched was vitality comeback vs faze on anubis where rain as CT post plant enters a main and kills apex (not sure) and spots zywoo who's now in a 1v2 and then rain backs off a main to let twistz rotate and peek zywoo together. Zywoo in an instant figures this out, switches to tec-9 from the awp, immediately starts walking to reposition. This all happens in a fckng moment. He gains on twistz and off timing peeks just when twistz enters the site from mid to kill him. And ofc he gets the kill on rain to close out the round. Absolutely cerebral clutch. He has the IQ to figure this out and the aim to back that up. Making me love playing and watching the game again fr
These very chill podcast-type vids are really nice (like the part before you review the demo). I don't care that much for demo reviews, but I'd definitely like to see more of these casual face-to-camera mini-podcasts. Maybe consider doing more vids of this type (like the first 9 mins of this video). I liked yesterday's airplane story too. You have a good voice for background audio while doing something else on the PC.
Really appreciating the true-pov videos here. One of the reasons I've never been able to watch pro cs is that personally I cannot wrap my head around X-Ray and radar.
Definitely looking forward to some T-sides and hear your take on them! Especially since I think he hasnt been used correctly in those for the last few months, imo he forces himself into too many early risks when he really is a god at midrounding and would just take over from there instead.
Hey launders, in your quest to make the POVs exactly what the player we're watching would see, would you try and show us their keybinds for grenades/weapons/knife in the HUD? It might be difficult, but I think it would be very cool to see the differences in each player's keyboard setup.
I've been a big s1mple fan since HR and I feel like zywoo is not as good as s1mple, but even I can't deny his active play style, consistent aim and impact is mad exciting. Thank you big coach lau.
Zywoo is way way better that s1mple, he has the same or better rating than s1mple without baiting like S1mple, going first on vitality's rush, support for his team etc...
@@skryyper6706 it's not as black and white as you make it seem tbh, both sometimes bait and both sometimes go early/first but since we hardly see s1mple vs actual teams like vitality does, it's hard decide.
Didn’t really review the demo , and that’s the reason why I watch, would like to see you talk more about why he’s doing what he’s doing in the first 3/4 of the demo review
Launders, I have a tip about bringing your autoexec or other cfg files wherever you are. What I did was make a steam guide, set it to private and just paste all my binds in there. That way I can just create a new cfg and paste all the binds, no need for any hassle.
Hey Launders, can you make a video on mid round calling? It seems to be something only really good IGLs are good at, but I'm not entirely sure what that looks like.
watching this 1 year after it was posted at 12.48 pm german time being actually adressed as a girl cause there might be one or two girls out there watching too warmed my heart
actually not sure if im more excited to see faze or G2 play now i think faze could be saved with a better igl, niko might be irreplaceable as a talent, but fragging power was never what faze were missing, loosing firepower and gaining a better igl could actually be good, the question is who would that be...theyd need to find someone like fnatic found golden maybe
Man, I enjoy the stories so much I forget about the gameplay. Your voice and tone are just too relaxing. / Sure, comfort is very important when it comes to aim, but I still believe aim training is necessary. Once you're really used to a sensitivity, you can stop training your aim. I think it's great to put a relatively high amount of practice into your aim until you build strong muscle memory. When you see a target, your mind should already have that "feeling/sense" of how to move your mouse to flick to the target the best you can (and then micro-adjust if necessary). More importantly, an underrated factor in aim is reaching a balance between confidence and humility/calmness. I used to have a lot of inconsistency in my aim despite having consistent crosshair placement, positioning, etc. I have really good aim when at my "normal"-to-peak level, but I had way too many days where I could tell I was consistently missing that I would consider easy shots. That's because I used to stop aim training completely after a small time period of consistently great aim. I kept trying to aim too fast, either because I thought I was able to, or because I felt it was necessary to win. After all, in theory, you'd want to shoot as soon as possible, since every ms can make a difference. However, I've realized recently that, in reality, I'm better off taking my time, even if that means creating a longer opportunity for others to kill me. When you're too much in a hurry to shoot, either because you're overconfident and think you can hit all the crazy flicks, or because you're not confident enough and fear that the opponent will shoot first, you end up underperforming. That's now my #1 reason why I always go for a 5-10 mins community deathmatch at the start of a competitive session or when I feel my aim is off. It helps me find my balance, or regain my composure if I get frustrated after an underwhelming performance. (At 22:15 you can see an example of Zywoo almost panicking for a sec when getting shot, but he instantly finds his composure and looks for his shot. I have no doubt that's one of the (underrated) qualities that make him the player he is) Also, although low sensitivity is not mandatory, I'd say it gives more room for error than high sens does. We're human after all, and we make small unintentional movements all the time. With high sens, that might mean missing completely, whereas those movements might go unnoticed with low sens. And you need a lot of tightness in your wrist/elbow/hand to avoid small mistakes with higher sens, which isn't good for longevity. I've gradually lowered my sensitivity a lot over the years, sometimes in rather big increments. It's really just a matter of being patient and giving yourself time to get used to an unfamiliar sens.
Can you examine Loba's playstyle in FPL? I feel like it wouid be really interesting to compare his playstyle to other proplayers playing the same position as him on a map. Ivy ct side for example.
I really feel like kjaerbye could take NiKo’s spots if they get a great igl like AZR. I truly believe that if AZR joins he would really bring that one unknown thing that FaZe has been missing. Kjaerbye is good enough to become FaZe’s main star and I’m hoping for the best even though I’m really upset that NiKo left...
Hey launders. I was able to use the HLAE Fake demo viewer before the latest 2.109 release. Ever since I tried to update, it wont let me reinstall HLAE on my computer because of some missing files. Any suggestions or would you be able to contact the creator of HLAE?
I've really high expectations from both G2 and vitality. ZywOo and shox are rocking. Now with G2 I'm assuming nexa is gonna be support and others are gonna try to support a bit along with fragging. All JaCkz, kenny and NiKo can support well. Only huNter can't.
