इस देश की बिकी हुई, अनैतिक, चरित्रहीन, एवं देशद्रोही न्याय प्रणाली से अतुल और अतुल जैसे कई पीड़ितों को कभी भी न्याय नहीं मिलेगा । सिर्फ पीड़ित २० से ३० वर्षों तक न्यायालयो के चक्कर लगाते रहेंगे। इसीलिए जनता न्याय अपने हाथ में ले लेती है और अपराध प्रवृत्तियां इस समाज में बढ़ती रहती है।

@@amit-shirasao In our contry the judiciary considers itself above the Law. The collegium-appointed Indian judiciary should also be subjected to public scrutiny for delayed delivery of the justice.
@pradeepkumarmoghe4551 Judges should also be accountable to public. In India, Judiciary and Government have almost equal power to check and balance each other. In the US, judges are appointed by the elected representatives of the people. So judges normally never go against the popular opinion of the public. But in India, we have Collasium system. While it keepa the Judiciary independent of the Govt, it also distances it from the common citizens.
@@amit-shirasao Good point ! The judiciary should definitely be made accountable for unexplained postponments of the dates over and over again. There should be provisions of punishments for judges or compensation to the victims for the delayed justice from the reckless and irresponsible judges (like other Govt officials, the judges should also be punished by suspension, dismissal or demotions). Many times, we have seen that innocent victims have lost their live time saving to real estate developers/ brokers. Many of the victim die before the judgement of 10-2o yrs delay. Most ofthen than not the judges are 'hand in gloves' with such culprits and criminals.
