both, most are made and a few are born. What's the differences? you see this in history of great leaders and about how they already had ability to lead at a very young age.
Taiwanese 🇹🇼 Special Forces have been training with the US Navy Seal 6, the unit which found Bin Laden in his compound. - Their training is for Xi in Beijing.
The Americans and their allies must understand that Eastern civilizations created a period that lasted for generations, not an empire with a political period.
The ability to do so is given at birth, but the programming to do so is installed through trauma, harnessed through struggle, and applied through education.
In time if we already can't find it any more why not build one, any way leadership most of the time comes Frome greate coordination isn't it, so why not coordinate to create one.
It is a waste of resources to make such program and in 2 parts. It doesn't resolve the issue with the ruling party and the weak leadership is imminent. It also quite obvious that the current working world there is also an erosion in leadership, many are self-serving and slave master. They might have the skill to do the work but near to zero in conflict management and they will choose the easy way out by implementing drastic rule or exile those having different view. A great example of weak leadership is South Korea’s President Yoon Suk Yeol, declared martial law in hope to gain back control of the country. Hopefully ruling party keep doing what they are doing and building resentment, no matter what kind of leadership will not be able to save it.
I think this video dwells more on the fundamentals of leadership and character development. Perhaps a separate video would focus on leadership in politics.
Some of the wealthy people think they are great enough to change the world, can we balancing in between the leadership and money ? Great leader like Mahatma Gandhi is not rich
For me leadership is a legacy left behind for the next generations to come.
From me leadership is about knowledge. Wisdom. Strenght. Vision. Charisma is bonus.

They're still using terms lke "Alpha" and that most of "Leadership" starts with peoples assumption of view by looking at you.
