Nice video, the amount of junk indicates that the oil changes need to be done more often. Any type of grit material can scratch the solenoid plunger where it does not seal well anymore. Any controls that work out of oil pressure like Variable Valve Timing, VTEC LOVE and need clean oil.

Sir what was the symptoms of those Vtec solinoid before replaced it?
limited rpm, no power.
I dont recall where the limiter was but I think it was right around 3000 rpm
