- Welcome to GB2A, where I showcase Africa in my travels to include other countries. My desire is to change the narrative that the western world painted in a negative light of Africa. My channel has talks, words of wisdom, business, investing and discussion. I further show the negative impacts of America in how it continues to have a disregard for Black people. I know my channel is not for everybody whether you agree or not but, my intent is not to hurt people nor disrespect. My channel started 26 Aug 2020 and I have traveled to 13 African countries and have traveled the globe to many other countries. I've visited all 50 states in America and have been to North, Central and South America's.

OMG! I’m in tears of sadness and joy. I met Iinobe February 2020 and I said then, that he was a person I would never forget. We sat there at One Africa and talked for hours. He’s one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met. I found him hilarious in a way that did not generate side splitting laughter, but a soul tickling laughter that stays with you always. As I’m in the last leg of my journey to make Ghana home, I said that I would connect with him again once I got there, but the universe had other plans. I remember staring at his skin-he had the most beautiful sun-kissed skin tone I’d ever seen and I wondered if that Ghana sun would have that effect on mine once I began to take good care of myself as he was.
This brother was extremely intelligent, kind, funny, and he was genuine in who he was and what his path was. More than anything, he spoke lovingly and proudly of his son. Rest in ABSOLUTE POWER, IInobe and Condolences to his son and family ❤️

I remember meeting this brother at 1 Africa. he welcomed me to the motherland very kind, generous man. Health insurance is very important living in Africa.

As our brothers and sisters are finding their way back to the motherland, there are some of them who dislike this reunification and push an "aboriginal American" agenda like they never did before. I got into some arguments lately with some brothers from the US, those who claim that they are not African (but have African features and some of them look like they never left the motherland). They have an agenda which is about claiming that they are the original Americans, they reject the fact that their ancestors came from Africa, they say that DNA testing is a lie (some of them found out that they are African but reject that fact, probably because of self-hatred). Africans went to the Americas before Columbus, that's a fact, there are native Americans who have dark skin, that's a fact, but what is interesting is that those so-called aboriginal Americans failed to have authentic features like black people from Australia and other Asian countries. Those aboriginal Americans have African features, but systematically refuse to be associated with Africa. That's to say that we gotta be careful, some black people in the US don't like what is currently happening, and for some reason, they feel the need to express their frustration where we are. Brother Jay has a great channel, he did his homework, he knows where he comes from, one of his ancestor was a European man, but Jay is very well aware that he is African, and he celebrates it, and that's what I like about him. He shows who he truly is, and I ask all our African American brothers and sisters to be true to themselves. If you are an "aboriginal American" fine, no need to express your hate for Africa where we are, and if you don't feel connected to us, no problem stay where you are. I'm saying this because one of those "aboriginal American" told me that he is no going to Africa... but nobody asked him to go to Africa so why does he feel the need to tell me that he is not going to Africa... some people are lost. Those who know who they are, feel free to go home whenever you want, we will be there for you. ....__NGUEMA ELA

I hear you LOUD AND CLEAR. I have been witnessing quite a bit of that myself. There are even many that are going as far as saying the Transatlantic Slave Trade never happened in a 'desperate' attempt to disassociate themselves from Africa.
I also heard one guy the other day saying in tremendous anger..and I mean anger...it was virtually toxic.... that black Americans are the ones who created Egypt and that Africans know this....like whaaaaat...what the heck...ok. The self hatred is real bro...a very sad truth...sad to witness. Yikes.

What is so wrong with being Aboriginal to the land we call America. My great-great grandmother's on both sides was Choctaw Indian. My great-grandfather's on both sides were Choctaw Indian. Why must there always be a fight among black people? Some of us know who we are and there is no self-hatred by not being or wanting to be connected to Africa. I really feel that people find anything to castigate black Americans for. Please, just let us be. Those of us who want to stay in the states and those of us who want to go to Africa. Where is the problem?
I'm from the Caribbean but have lived in the US most of my life and sadly I've met so many AA who believe they are not descendants of African a matter of fact they're claim everything but African.. so much so that you would meet a dark skin black American and he would say he's Indian. Not black and Indian but just Indian.. it really saddens me the level of self hate I've been witness to. Most of us in the Caribbean are proud of our African heritage and celebrate it..

Yes I , I know the brother Bomani , out of Atlanta who sponsor trips to afrika . I met him when some of people complained about him allowing them to be taken advantge of when converting dollars into Ghana cedis .One thing in Ghana I know is you have no rights. It take a while to get your citizenship . It is a drawn out process . Let's not Afrika and not face the truth .We must understand the reality of living in another country . I found out , that afrikan on the continent think differently . There is a difference of how people think in the city from those in the village . Dealing with the Chief is a learning process . Driving became a problem for me , because when they stop me I had to come up with some cash . Traffic is terrible and riding the tro-tro is no fun . If you happen to jump in a taxi beware . I had to stop using the ATM machine because when I took money some else was taking from my account . There is still much tribalism in afrika . If you going to live in an Afrikan country , it is wise to learn the language. Peace.

One thing about Ghana is there's a genuine acceptance & warmth from the people. Im South African and wer known for our hostility towards fellow Africans & frequent xenophobic attacks carried out on fellow Africans, but not once on my visit to Ghana did i experience anything less than warmth. A part of me felt a sense of belonging, i thought that was quite weird because my ancestry can be traced to East Africa and not West Africa. God Bless Ghana, God Bless Africa✊

Agreed. I urge people to buy good health cover insurance and get your jabs that helps prevent serious illness before travelling to Africa. Also try live with at least one other person in your compound and have ready access to transport if you live far from a city where the best medical facilities are located.

RIP to our dear brother *Iinobe.* Malaria is a common disease in Africa, but to many of us who are born and bred here in the motherland, not seriously a life threatening one. I get bitten by the mosquitoes & have the fever, every other year, but with good herb or even orthodox tablets, many of us shake off the fever within days or a few weeks.
But my advise to any of our brothers & sisters, born & bred outside the continent, is to ensure you take all the necessary vaccinations and shots, before finally relocating or visiting, because you guys have been uprooted from here millennial of years ago & your body system may not be ready to fight this disease like we do here.
For example, I recently moved into my own 3 bedroom apartment with my family, which I built on a very large 2 plots of Land in the border town of Lagos & Ogun states & the vegetation is much. I have loads of Mosquitoes flying all over the place but I'm not sick, cause I have the natural antibodies to ward off the disease and I'm also *BIG on HERBS* from my village which we all consume to cleanse us from the infectious mosquito bites.
So anyone that wanna come home, should either stay in the townships & cities, with far more less threats or if you are building your own crib, ensure you get professional medical support and get used to drinking raw potent, bitter herbs...Your melanin will do the rest.
Once again, RIP to brother Linobe...He has put roots on the ground for his family. They are now 100% Africans, if they are willing to take over from where he stopped.

This was too sad. He died too young before he had a real opportunity to really enjoy the fruits of his labour. Wherever you decide to live in Africa please make sure you get health insurance to access good private health. I remember he said he had no kids. Malaria is no joke I was almost died couple months ago. I refuse to sleep under net so that is how I got it. Mosquito love me so much hehheh. I went and build my house in the village like this guy and my house doesn't have windows and even doors are open part of it. All kind creatures coming and lived with me 😂 now snakes, bat 🦇 and some animal like 🦎 😂

@@jon_s Malarone is a drug that prevents Malaria and can cure it. You can easily get a prescription for it, prevention is better than cure.

Malaria is a parasite that feeds on the red blood cells I believe. The first time I went to Ghana I caught it, but bounced back quickly. Wormwood and a blood detox using herbs like burdock root and neem powder can kill the parasite.

I felt something was wrong with in my spirit , when I saw your vid on his constructing his studio home and his main house. He seemed to be reflecting in some shots or shy, i want sure because I couldnt hear everything he said in the vid, his voice was low.
But i felt something and now hes gone, this is deep. Its so amazing that he got to leave and work on building his future on the lands of our ancestors, So much love sent to him and those who loved him , may he Rest in Power. May the ancestors be with him on his 3rd journey in this life.

Rest in peace my good brother Iinobe. I have a trip planned to Ghana in February of 2022. I came across the first video of Iinobe a few days ago. Today I was thinking maybe I can reach out to the Iinobe during my trip. So while searching for his contact information I came across this video. I am tremendously shocked and saddened by the news of his passing. I would have loved the opportunity to met Iinobe and get his perspective on life and maybe to learn a couple of things. Unfortunately I will not have that opportunity. With that being said I would like to thank my brother for inspiring me and allowing me to dream bigger. RIP IINOBE
He chose a perfect land to land and take off the Mother land that is where all souls Kama Suns's Spirits no matter their location on Earth takes off and land. Paradise of the living and beings visible and invisible. Those with eyes hear me and those with ears see me. Yengé!!!
I have NEITHER seen NOR knew a country called AFRICA. I know Africa as a continent with 52 countries, where Ghana, a West African country, is one of of those countries.
