I love this video, fun to highlight more “lesser known” neighborhoods. I love Duboce!

There's a BART station in the Castro?

Pine Lake area is a quiet gem and please keep it that way : ) The fog is not as bad as folks think out here .. when we get those 90's degree weather in Septemberish - so HAPPY we're here. All the neighborhoods you mentioned are wonderful! love your content - skincare routine next 🤗

LOL! You make me laugh! I'm not sure all my viewers would appreciate a divergence into skincare routines, but I'll see if I can work it into a reaction video based on questions in our comments! Love Pine Lake! Enjoy!

please do not buy single-family homes as an investment property. family needs homes. Invest in an apartment complex. Build the apartment complex. That would add real value to the world. Provide a pool table, sauna and fireplace in a common area to make your apartment complex livable. we will not rent a family home. we will rent a cheap apt until we can buy our own home. People no longer want to buy some landlord his 50th house when they will never own their own home. That mindset of " renting the American Dream" is why your nurse, or the teacher, or the person who prepares your food at the restaurant lives in their car. Stop that 15th-century corporate feudal mentality. There is a reason rich people are installing a saferoom in their houses. Let's go back to 1950-1985 Americana. investing in a single family home in SF should be illegal.

Nice video selection on SF Real Estate. It seems you concentrate mostly where upper income families are likely to be interested in buying. Do you ever plan to make a video where more diverse and interesting communities might show up?

We have many videos like that. We have videos on Excelsior, Mission Terrace, Miraloma, the list goes on and on. We’ve done the outer Sunset the outerRichmond as well. You can find a house under the median price point and every one of these areas. What particular area are you looking for? There’s very few that we haven’t covered.

I discovered Golden Gate Heights in 1989/1990 when I bought a house at 1941 17th Ave in early 1990. We had an alley in the back where the garage was located. The bedrooms in back all had panoramic ocean views. They never had a street sign for the alley until about 10 years ago: Anglo Alley. We had one tenant from 1990 - 2018, a spiritual group, until I sold it in the spring of 2018. The entire area was great. We lived not too far and loved walking after dinner each night.

I have thousands of great SF stories as me and my buddies all moved in latter 1970's. I lived in several areas of the city. Scottsdale now.

I love Duboce Triangle! I don't drive, so I need a walkable neighborhood with good public transit. I live only one Muni stop away on the other side of the Sunset Tunnel and often go to events like Dogfest in Duboce Park or shows at Cafe Du Nord.

Awesome videos! Do you also work with homes in Marin? I'm originally from Fairfax :)

Thank you! We do not work in Marin, but we work closely with the very best agents in all the surrounding communities, so I'd be happy to provide a referral to someone amazing- just reach out at hello@ruthkrishnan.com with details, and we will connect you.

I am so afraid to visit SF let alone living there. I used to live in the East Bay in 1980's and 90's, would not go back.

The prices in SF certainly give people from other locations serious sticker shock! There are many very good paying jobs here though, but no the less it's expensive!

Do you all deal with anything less than a million? Thanks

We do! Less than a million will get you a small condo in SF but there are some options.

I am from San Jose 50 miles south of SF. This comment will get deleted. Don't move to SF. It is cesspool. My kids in their 20s will not even go there anymore. Do your due diligence. Check out the city and I think you will quickly see the place is just disgusting.

I'm looking for a nice little home next to a homeless encampment with a healthy amount of drug dealing junkies hanging around.
