As the dark lord's army closes in, many escape from their hamlets and villages to take refuge in the paladin's monastery. The rain pours and thunder rumbles as scared civilians huddle in the dining hall. To ease their fear, the paladins begin to sing. Some civilians recognize the tune and begin to hum along. The crying of children and murmurs of fear quiet as the chant of praise echo through the stone halls.

I appreciate your sincerity and goodwill, but Muslims and Christians are far from brothers. While Christianity has had its own problems it was Islamic faith that struck out from the desert to Europe. Dozens of conflicts on account of your profits command to spread the faith. negotiations were sought for many decades, until the first crusade that restored some sense of peace. it was by the grace of God that Martel stopped the advance at Tours. sadly, centuries later parts of Europe have bent the knee to Muslims as refugees into their cities. I will make a prayer that you reconcile yourself to true faith.

While listening to this, I closed my eyes and saw these white pillars that we're next to this path that I was unable to make out. As I was walking down this path, I noticed a white figure walking past these pillars. I couldn't make out its features but it looked almost human. I think I had a vision of Heaven because I listened to this, thank you RPG Ambient Sounds!

I find this type of music to be so incredibly soothing and perfect for meditation/self reflection. I currently do not follow any specific religion, but I still love the power and meaningfulness that is ingrained in this type of music. The rain really adds to it as well. Thank you for making this.

I mentioned that at the half of the chant at approximately 28.00 minutes ,the chant says at Greek language " Κύριε ελέησον " that means God saw mercy.
I am not sure that the Templars was chanting this to greek language, anyway.
To the other hand it's a great melody and travels you to the medieval ages .

Kyrie Eleison, meaning God have mercy is part of the prayer Kyrie Iise Hriste, yie to Theou, Eleison me, ton amartolon (Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on me, a sinner) and it has ben used in christian orthodox an catholic hymns an prayers as well. the prayer is based on the parable of the pharisee and the publican who beats his chest in penitence and says "God, have mercy on me a sinner." Be mindful that it is in Ancient Greek not neogreek.

At some point in your life you can feel the presence of God, its an insane feeling, if you were never dogmatic it might even feel like madness but then u spend ur time meditating about that feeling and learn about the history of the world and it all makes sense, you dont even need the bible to "find" God
Listening to this while playing diablo 4 and dragons dogma hits different....
The orders were given, we stood awaiting the armies from the south to attack. All we could hear was the the rain. Then the voices of of the paladins could be heard. Once again we where stealed in what we had to do. For many of the men here. It would be their first battle. And for many their last. But none faltered from the lines. May God keep us all.
