    Hey Max, me and a good friend tried this drill today, it was a great drill, it helped me find and work through some problems I was having. We’ll be doing this drill again. This is awesome please keep making videos like this

    Very interesting to see your thought process and how you work through your drills, thanks for posting! I'm fairly new to uspsa and pcc, seeing different practice techniques helps a bunch, especially from someone at your level, hope you post more!

    Max - I'm finding value in how raw this is. Reminds me of Stoeger's double drill raw footage. It's a long video, but valuable in terms of how well you/Stoeger are articulating your thought process as you progress through each drill cycle. I even enjoyed your struggle with the questions "Is it worth continuing this drill or spending my time elsewhere?". I would vote to have you keep posting videos like these. The added production is just more effort on your part and might take away from the raw element. The value here is seeing how a champion's mind works thru challenging training. Great job!!

      Definitely, the stream of consciousness is immensely helpful to grasping the big picture concept of what you are executing in your practice sessions

      And no need to do anything more w.r.t production quality; the mostly raw video is great. Audio is clear, video is good... editing it down more seems like it would run the risk of losing information along the way.

    Hi Max, excellent overview of your drill mechanics, appreciate this. You talk about recoil management, too. Now there's 2 sides to this - gun setup and actual recoil management while shooting. Would you be willing to create a vid that talks about both aspects in a 9mm(i.e. setup parameters/combo considerations: ammo/load, barrel length, bolt weight, buffer weight, spring strength, hydraulic dampeners, ... and then recoil mgmt parameters: stock on shoulder placement, gun pull back, hand on gun placement, ...)? I believe many people would like to see this coming from an expert like you.

      All that is coming! It's just going to take me a while to figure out how to organize and release it

    Awesome vid. So how does that range work for you? Do you rent the entire bay or something? It’s certainly set up as a ‘stage pit’ but is this range you’re at just a boatload of them and it’s first come first served or what?

    thanks for the video! I think this video was good no need for additional editing. Going to give this drill a try on the next range trip. Are you the same dude from supersetca?

    Hey, we shot at JP PCC Area 6 Championship. I have had some triggers sent to me to try and and really still looking for the holy grail. What pcc trigger have you found to be the best. At times I feel like I am waiting on the gun. Thanks.

    • @Maxamundi
      @Maxamundi  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Waiting on the gun = short stroke the action more. I like hiperfire ECL still

      @@Maxamundi That funny you say that, my JP short stroke SCS Buffer just showed up two days ago. Looking to see what that will do for me. What comp have you found to work best. I am thinking about SJC.

    Max, Great drill. What buttstock are you using on your PCC?

    • @Maxamundi
      @Maxamundi  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is a smoke composites furniture set that I'm trying out. It's the one with the Magpul buttpad and cheek riser.

      @@Maxamundi Hi Max! What do you think about a new Hiperfire Phantom pcc triggers? i'm about to buy a new trigger but what to choose..Eclipse or wait for a new ones?

    • @Maxamundi
      @Maxamundi  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@pcctrichny1260 I am excited to use one. I have two on order. I dry fired them at shot show, they feel like an ECLipse with a little bit more travel distance of the trigger before breaking a reset. But with all the features that are pcc specific I think it might be a great reliable option at the sub $200 price.
