For the game you probably won't survive I think you should make a crafting system where you dont start out with all the stuff

and now, mix all 2d games together where when you finished a game you go trough a portal and goes to the next game, its infinity and the next game where you go is random, so it has never a end.

Getting the ideas of a game that are actually fun playing take a long loooong time
For the next update on YPWS, you could add more guns, armor, and randomly generating houses with the new loot inside them.
With the runner game… what happens if you hit a wall (of up you run into one)
I love making speed dev concepts and they all started with either an idea or a test of a mechanic for a main game outside that main game. Usually I will have something decent going in about an hour or even less. Then the tests many times end up becoming another game and sometimes it will seem better then the main game im actually testing the mechanic or feature for. I find i finish concepts much quicker by coding and coding without running it, then run near the end and see it all come to life.
every time i watch one of these vids i end up rewatching his whole channel again!

Unity "does" C# (or JS) as far as I know. Not sure if I totally understood your question.

Well if you use scrath you could make a game even faster, dont listen to griffpatch, he sometimes overcomplicates so it still should be easy.

I think this shows how much of a game is in the art and flavor. The core mechanics may be easy to implement, but the artwork is what makes a game interesting.

I hardly disagree. Gaming is about mechanics. Evolving the artwork, the games become complete of course, but mechanics are the core of a real game. Everybody can design 3D or draw but putting it together is "game design" and that's tough.
