Actually, the real story of Cantarella is:
In the story, Miku and KAITO are siblings; the two are in love with each other; as the time passes by Miku finds someone else, which is Len; when KAITO found out about it, he was enraged and killed Len. Leaving Miku sad, time passes by; he poisons her to sleep and tries to rape her while asleep. But fails to do so.

Toda la historia de Cantarella se basa libremente en la historia de los Borgia. En el video, Kaito y Miku son miembros de la familia "Vocalgia". Eran muy unidos cuando eran niños, se veían a sí mismos como dos personas, pero con el tiempo sus sentimientos mutuos se convirtieron en algo que sabían que no podía ser. Esto los atormentó a ambos. Además, ya hay planes para que Miku se case con otra familia poderosa. Algo de lo que su propio hermano, Kaito, es dolorosamente consciente. (Además, dado que él es el que está conquistando, es el beneficiario directo del próximo combate de Miku, ya que le daría el poder y el apoyo que necesita para conquistar la tierra bajo su apellido). Kaito es un extremadamente ambicioso pero casi tiránico. hombre que haría cualquier cosa para conseguir lo que quiere; sin embargo, tiene una debilidad: resulta que su amor por el poder solo es superado por el amor por su hermana. Y cuando ve al guapo y encantador Len, comienza a sentirse cada vez más celoso e inseguro por el hecho de que Miku podría llegar a gustarle, incluso amarle, con el tiempo. Su corazón se oscureció. No pudo soportarlo más y decidió matar a Len. A pesar de saber muy bien, que hacerlo condenaría sus ambiciones y provocaría la ira de una poderosa familia sobre su cabeza. Ya no le importaba. Odiaba a Len, y si deshacerse de él significaba tener que luchar contra todos los señores de la tierra a la vez, que así fuera. Kaito colocó un poco de veneno en la bebida de Len (o usó alguna droga debilitante, para que Len pudiera ser llevado afuera y asesinado por Kaito personalmente). Miku ... estaba confundida. Y horrorizado. Murió en batalla, presumiblemente con la ayuda de la familia de Len, y sus oscuras ambiciones se pusieron fin. La Vocalgia ya no era poderosa. Sin embargo, Miku sobrevivió. Su tenacidad la ayudó a pasar al final y después de la caída de Kaito vivió sola o se casó con otro hombre por practicidad, y a juzgar por su ropa, sigue estando bien a pesar de la pérdida del prestigio de su familia. Entonces pasaron los años ... Miku maduró, y se mantuvo bastante hermosa, pero no importa cuánto tiempo haya pasado, todavía no podía olvidar al hermano oscuro que la amaba tan loca y desesperadamente, y a quien amaba a su vez.
