I learned about this song the A&E show night watch. A paramedic in the back of an ambulance that is transporting a patient with a certain type of heart condition that they can't treat or have meds fir on the ambulance sung this song to her. She was also talking about how her ex boyfriend tried to attack her so she had to lock all doors and baracade her self in her bedroom until he left the. Her heart problem was getting worse and all the medic could do is sing this to her and comfort her until they got to hospital where they can treat her and make her feel better.
