+ejmatter practically, yes. for the show's purposes, no. they just introduced a new 2166 Carter, which would probably fall in love with present 2016 Kendra, which would leave 2166 Kendra to die alone. that's what happened to 1875 Kendra meeting 2016 Kendra, having survived 1830 Carter, which would lead to her dying close to 1890, and restarting the process in 1920, thus enabling 2016 Kendra to exist in the first place. additionally, in 1958 there's two Kendras alive, 1958 Kendra inherited from 1945, and 2016 Kendra stranded from 2046! whew... I wouldn't want to be the script supervisor for this show...
This was a great episode with good reactions by Hana, Christie and Brianna. The encounters between Jackson and his Dad were moving. Little Mick and Sara made a wild duet of trouble. Rip's foster mother and the Time Masters orphanage (Never Never Time?) is a great addition to Legend's legend. The climatic battle with the Pilgrim was Hana level bad ass with a twist from little Rip. In summary a good reaction to a excellent episode.
