If I have the following : Area of the plot = 30,010 SQF , GFA = 8,396 , FAR =0.28 , Height = G+1 , TYPE = Single detached family villa .......... Then how I can estimate the BUA for costing purposes to calculate the cost per SQF for construction the building?
