- This video has been 5 months in the making and I have enjoyed seeing the developments as work has been carried out to a first class professional and sympathetic standard to provide our Church with a wonderful new Community Space. It is incredible how beautiful it is now and yesterday, 10th August 2024, was the Grand Opening and the concluding part of my video.
We celebrated with a blessing and refreshments and cutting of the ribbon by Lady Colin Campbell (she also bought her dogs :) so sweet!
It was a beautiful afternoon and let's hope the space will be used by many now to raise funds for our wonderful ancient Church which has Saxon origins.

It certainly looks amazing now. At first people were a bit hesitant at the the plans,but it’s all worked out really well. I hope more people will now come to church and use this lovely space 🙏

Thank you Lynn. I visited this church a few years ago. We have a St James the Less in East Sussex at Nutley, I think it is Victorian.

Good morning Lynn. It was good to film the work as it progressed, and what an improvement. So light inside and a good number of local people attending the opening ceremony. If this took place yesterday , then you got the video out pretty quickly. Who was the lady cutting the ribbon? Great job and very well covered by yourself.

I had most of the video all set up just waiting for the last part. The lady cutting the ribbon is Lady Colin Campbell is a local socialite, and television personality who has published seven unauthorised books about the British royal family, a lovely lady.
