      Cause the video is Fake. That inverter never worked and the claim that it can handle 5000w of power is a joke. I have not found a single mosfet or IGBT that is rated to handle that kind of power when just paired with another in series. He would need 20 of them (10 for each side of the transformer if using a center tap transformer and more if they did the full H bridge configuration) for it to be able to handle that kind of current.

    Five thousand watts my arse. The transformer is rated at no more than 1kw and those transistors aren't beefy enough. Oh and 5000w from a 12v source needs over 400 amps, so why is it all wired with thin wire?

      Yeah 5000kw is like 416 amps at 12 volts so nope it’s not really fake it works for tungsten lamps only this can kill charging devices thou

    1- Not possible. The way you have connected all four drain pins of the mosfet directly to the heat sink is definitely a shot circuit. I didn't see any insulation between mosfet and heat sink.The transformer winding are therefore shorted.
    2- The secondary of a microwave oven transformer is a high voltage, around 5kv, enough to burn those mosfet (IRF3205) instantly because they can only sustain a 55 to 60 volt maximum,
    3- You show on the meter A DC Reading, if those mosfet were oscillating to high voltage ac you'll no longer have a meter. it will be toasted.
    4- As others pointed out, An honest inventor will not hide anything, like those wire that no one knows were they attached to.
    5- Please get real tools for a credible projects. Do not use a rusted scissor to cut wire get a real wire cutter.

      I respect your comment, however what do you propose has been done? Entire circuit running on AC?! It was only due to camera angles that the source of the red and green wasn't shown, was clearly DC however while end result is clearly AC. Regardless of your suggestion that it "doesn't work" it clearly does, as others have demonstrated through similar videos.
      Furthermore, while the instruments/tools used may be rather rudimentary, they still are functional and arguably all the more attractive. There's something far more amazing in watching an individual make something out of virtually nothing, than one who does so with a great deal of advanced tools! Pakistan has many fine examples of Anvil + hammer + tongs truck or vehicle repairs. This video highlights the beauty of a creative human mind, at work with the humblest of tools, making the most of what they've been dished out in life.
      Greatest respect for these videos and individuals.

    I literally performed all the circuit applied to the 12 volt mosfet (IRF3205) the current in the pins does not circulate and the mosfets remain cold

    Viewers have you notice? The two red wires from the microwave oven he hooked up to the drain. The drain and the heatsink is what? Just do it in actual it will not wotk because there is a trick. He did not shows us properly what he did. The key is in the two red wires and heat sink drain of the mosfet portion just observe by using multi tester.

    It can not be 5 kW at 50 or 60 Hz. Core size will not support the required flux. If not too much core loss at 400 Hz, 5 kW may be possible at the higher frequency.

      The DC source/battery presumably?! ;-) Lightbulbs AC, can't imagine the circuit would be able to be "faked" and running on AC input as some have suggested.

      Desculpem amigos. O multimetro estava na escala DC lógico 12 volts DC. A bobina q foi usada foi a menor jamais seria d alta tensão. Eu vi assim. Não tem como da curto se o outro lado não tem corrente nenhuma.

    Есть только сомнения. Сопротивление 330 ом или же 33 ома. Ещё возможно должно быть прокладки для второго пар транзисторов.

    Este video adolece de muchos defectos: 1.- No hay un circuito esquemático electrónico. 2.- No especifica el nombre ni las características de cada componente electrónico. 3.- Sólo midió los voltajes de entrada y de salida, sin aclarar si eran DC o AC. 4.- No midió la corriente de consumo cuando le conecta la carga, para saber que potencia le estaba entregando el equipo. 5.- No especifica las características del transformador, ni cual devanado está ocupando. 6.- Al conectar más carga, el circuito no pudo responder a ese consumo de potencia y se apagó......En realidad, encuentro poco serio hacer un video como éste y además lo considero una falta de respeto a todos nosotros. De mi parte se ganó un DISLIKE, creo que lo merece......
