The Saab B3C Is a licensed built Ju-86 with some changes like British engines. It houses 3 8mm machine guns and is as awkward to fly as one would expect.

"What would a Ju-52 do?" The Condor Legion used them as bombers during the Spanish Civil War, armed with a 7.92 mm or a 13 mm machine gun in the dorsal position and a 7.92 mm machine gun in a dustbin turret not unlike that fitted to the Ju-86, and carrying a 500 kg bomb load. Given that, it probably wouldn't fit Bo's pugnacious style.

Something you might be interested to know about the Ju 86 in German service, Bo, is that it was very successful as a high altitude recon plane and nuisance bomber (when fitted with diesel engines, of all things). For a long time, the Allies didn't have anything that could get up to their altitude - it wasn't late 1941 when specialized interceptors that could just barely reach their altitude (the Brits had the Spitfire Mk.VII and the Soviets had the MiG I-210), and even then it was difficult.

A @PhlyDaily team up could be interesting (even though you weren't talking about that). Although I don't think it would be successful; TBLF is all about fun & teamwork, Phly is about forgetting the team and ruining people's day.

My history teacher is not a big aviation person, and said B-52’s took off of aircraft carriers in the Doolittle raid, I couldn’t freakin quit imagining B-52’s taking off of aircraft carriers instead of B-25’s!

I was thinking about the ju52 before you mentioned it, hey one version had a machine gun... they should add once Aaa and defences at a base, the ability to drop paratroopers and capture the Base doing + points to allied team and - points to enemy team xD

The Ju-86 also won the medium-bomber competition in Hungary before the war beating the Fiat BR.20 (the Fiat was completely rejected do to the bad handling) and they were in service till the end of the war (just like the Fw 58 light bomber - also pre-war plane - )... not sure if they were still in bomber role by then, the Ju-88 and the Caproni Ca.135bis should took over as front-line bombers.

How could I have forgotten the Ju-86? I recall seeing a number of them, in a film called Des Teufels General (The Devil's General) that was shot in 1955 - they were borrowed from Sweden. Only one Ju-86 exists today, in a Swedish museum.
Fun fact: they are the same plane!

I can see why the He-111 was picked over this plane. So slow and awkward compared to the Heinkel. But man, climbing even at 68% throttle and at 96 MPH IAS. But that RIP speed though.

A bomber that's actually kinda fun. I like to go bomb my target and then go bomber hunting and unless the whole enemy team is on you, you don't die quickly compared to higher tiered bombers

fun fact: the Ju 86 was also used by the SAAF in east africa during WW2
JU 52 was used as a bomber during the Spanish Civil War.
