Wow, I am enamored with this picture! Truly gifted... an artist who can see and capture darker, rich, beautiful skin to perfection. Thanks so much for sharing!
Also, for someone who is neuro diverse (ADHD), and has spacial relations issues - I very much appreciate you showing the process, and how you mark out the different tones like puzzle pieces. It makes sense to my brain, because it's explained in a way that someone who is a very visual learner can truly understand. The undertones, placement, layering, blending... it's always kind of made my brain go 🤯. Broken out the way you did made it much easier to follow. ❤️
A few years ago, I was the girl least interested in any type of art … 2 years back I stumbled across your art on Instagram , and I was soooo impressed and inspired by your artwork . Now my parents have to request me to stop drawing and come to eat etc❤ Young artists like me are really inspired by you Thank you for helping start my art journey❤❤❤
I was honestly blown away by the 36 set of portrait tones. I've always always liked but not loved Arteza products. They're not at all bad but they're not the best of the best. But these markers were phenomenal. I loved the videos that they put up on their TH-cam channel that are like demos of this set. It helped me better understand how to use the blender markers.
After watching this video, I feel inspired to focus more on portraits. Love how you use the alcohol markers--I stress out about blending them together, but I like the way you start with the basic colors and then use colored pencil to blend and add the fine details. Can't wait to see more of your videos!
Definitely thinking of purchasing these skin tone arteza markers, they look like they work wonders alongside prisma colours!! Thank you temi! The piece was amazing!! ❤️
Temi helped me SO MUCH relearning colored pencils!! Idk who thought they could dislike this video. She is SO helpful and hardworking and talented with her art!!
This piece (and the model) are STUNNING. I never cease to be amazed by your talent, and patience! I hope you tagged the model on social media. I'm sure she'd love to see it! ❤️
I am absolutely obsessed with your channel and your art!! You have become one of my favorite TH-camrs because of how amazing you are at realistic art. I am not an artist at all, but i definitely love watching your videos because of how calming your voice is and how great your art is!
the way you sketched out and planned the layout of the colors was friggin GENIUS! if it's alright, i will be doing this with my own work from now on- CREDITING YOU FOR THE IDEA OBV.
Did I hear you say this was the first time you’ve done a portrait with markers? This is so beyond beautiful. I would think you’ve been using markers consistently for a long time. Your talent is remarkable.
Awesome video and demonstration! I could only find white skin tone demonstrations of this set until your video! I'm glad to see that a full range of skin tones can be achieved. Really makes me want this set! Gorgeous drawing! Subscribed!!!
Still my favourite introduction to the mastery and potential of coloured pencil realism and alcohol markers... still am praying some day you launch this portrait as your masterclass tutorial workshop someday 😊❤🎉
Wow just wow, I just came across your video, I've subscribed, I don't really leave comments but I just had to, your one amazing artist, she looks so real, beautiful work well done.
Absolutely gorgeous portrait. Astounding to watch you bring her glowing skin come to life. I love how you map out the different tones ahead of time on a separate page. Great idea.
That's gorgeous - but I can't believe you did that with just markers! The texture and detail in the skin is so different - the markers look very transparent and the final picture is dense with color and looks like colored pencil! In any case - the picture is so beautiful. The soft glow and hint of color on the cheeks is so subtle. Well done!!! I would love, love, love, love, LOVE to have the talent to paint and color something like this!
Your work is awesome. I am not even close to choosing the colors as well as you have. You did a wonderful job! I want to purchase this set, but I almost feel like I won't do it justice. The range of brown shades is impressive. Thank you for sharing.
I am DEVESTATED that I've only just found you, you're absolutely incredible and amazingly talented! I am about to binge EVERYTHING I hope to learn so much off you thank you for your service xxx
Have you tried the Arteza markers before? The colour range really impressed me
