Natural wood biochar carbonziation furnace Full working process

This is the most detailed information until now, about the Mingyang Machinery [ Horizontal Carbonization furnace].
Video shows the whole process from the start to the end, and the main features of the horizontal furnace.
And here's words part for these details:
1) Working method: hot airflow, in- direct heating high temperature destructive distillation.
2) Inner valid volume( φ1.5* 3 meters).
3) Every bacth finish in 8-10 hours.( drying- carbonizing), cooling need 10 hrs.
4) Charcoal output ratio: 100% fully carbonized.
5) Raw materials to charcoal ratio: 1000kg raw materials give 350-400kg charcoal.( based on different density of wood).

I watched some videos about your charcoal making machine and factly I am really impressive about you. However I have some questions, would you mind answering for me, please?
1. How long does the pyrolysis process last? How long does it take for preheating with LPG,wood... last? How long does it take for self-burning with non-condensing gas (pyrolysis product) last?
2. Do you cool charcoal by water or only air? I see some other machines at which charcoal is cooled but I don't see you mention that
3. How do you control the temperature in pyrolysis furnace?
4. Which factors do you base on to determine and control the temperature of the pyrolysis process?
5. I see some machines at which smoke comes in the condensing tower after coming out the spraying towers, but the others are inverse. Then which factor do you base on to determine that?

Hi, thanks for your comment. Next time you can directly send me messages via whatsapp.( because sometimes i not able to see this on time). Pls check my answers as below:
1, One batch preheating time based on materials original moisture, if it's 30%, preheating will takes 2-3 hours. Then after carbonization starts, carbonization takes 4-5 hours finish. Recycled gas produced very fast after carbonization starts.
2, We cool by environmtal, stay inside drum, automatic shrinking, then cool down, use 10 hours.
3, We control valve smaller or bigger to control the gas heating amount. Then control the temperature. Because we mainly use recyed gas as heating fuel, so not able to control by button or something very precisely like percentage.
4, We check time, fire of recycled gas burning, gas color.
5, It's better letting smoke go spray firstly, then condensation. Spray is moving away dust, condenstaion is moving moisture.

Hi, good day! This is carbonization furnace produce charcoal/biochar as main product, during carbonization, there will be also by product like wood tar, wood vinegar produced. We can collect by purification system. Do you mean you need wood vinegar?

the actual cycle is 18 to 24 hours for carbonization and more than one day for cooling.in every 3 days one cycle will be done.

Hi Reza, our furnace carbonization takes 4-6 hours. If your materials lot of moisture, the drying takes longer time. Normal wood max 3 hours, normal coconut shell 1.5-2 hours. Cooling 10 hours, and we have cooling tool to help faster. So our furnace system is total approx 8 hours finish one batch, and 10 hours cooling. This is based on so many years test and customers real using experience, and also our engineers's assembling experience.

Our furnace chamber using boiler grade steel( enable high temperature working, and last longer service lifespan), not normal steel. Except chamber, those are purification system, that ensure smokeless working. So those are necessary parts.
