This campaign is getting better every episode. Thanks for sharing a wonderfully played gothic D&D game! The whole cast great, and Craig’s pacing is spot on.
It didn’t really hit me how much I would miss AliasV until she uttered “Curses be upon you foul cretin!” It was then she became my favorite character here...
Yeah; I just found this campaign and now one of the great players is leaving. I do wish her all the best in her future endevours tho, and hope that eventually, without losing out on that opportunity, she finds the time to come back.
When the crazy gnome wizard walks up to the barmaid and starts a seemingly pointless and random convo...but actually makes a HUGE discovery for the group xD My favorite moment so far haha.
The content you guys put out is wonderful. I never would have even found it if not for my love of magic and watching merchant's arena videos. I have to work long overnight shifts with a lot of downtime and I look forward to each episode that comes out, it certainly helps pass the time. Sad to see Alias go but Craig is still the best dm. Thanks for all you guys do and I wish you luck in your new campaign, it is definitely a rough one.
Awesome show, curious if Vampire spawn can enter a a building without being invited? Also, Merchant’s vocal acrobatics between his normal voice and Godfrey is amazing.
They do need to be invited technically but his game his rules and its not a huge thing. Though I do wonder what would have happened if they were played that way

One that he hoped had been fated to get him inebriated. Brave Fillmore came upon a roadside seller who promised him a beverage that was stellar. Fillmore clapped his hands with glee, fortune had smiled upon he. But despite what the merchant had implied, the drink was actually formaldehyde. Fillmore grapped the glass and downed the brew, which turned his insides all to stew. His eyes turned wide and his skin turned grey and poor Fillmore met his end that day.

The captions really cannot handle Scottish accents. Really wish I could post a screenshot. When the DM was selling food at the tavern, caption said "we'll stick in chinese my a** I had gold..". Love it.
Shouldn't the bard still be invisible at the beginning of the fight? Unless it took an hour to get from the coffin maker to the church. I understand Lokai losing it since she attacked the window but the bard hasnt made those actions yet.

Lol I hope the next episode teaches the group a lesson... nothing against the actual player, but I always love “righteous” characters who are so trigger happy ending up learning there are consequences. Loving the play through tho!

Is there a way to suggest the DM rules a little less metagaming between the players; or is this the typical stream game? Great job btw! Watching this so yo help me familiarize myself so I can run it in a few months.
I know, right? I love AliasV, but casting Bless? All the spell slots are for Smite. That is also why you multi-class into Sorc for the extra spell slots.
Alias should stay, but if not, you should get someone replace her. Its clear three or four people (with the others not allowed in the combats) cannot finish the campaign. I'll play, sign me up! Also, you guys started a Ravenloft campaign without a cleric in the group? A paladin is a must for combat and for the storyline, but a cleric is a must for survival...
The players interrupt the DM too much with failed attempts at humour, kinda takes away from the eeriness and drama of the whole campaign. It's like you cant even go 2 minutes without some dumb one liner.

Nope! Pretty late on this comment but they're more like minions, not *actual* vampires if my lore is up to date.
Actually they have the same 'forbiddance' trait as a vampire in 5e so yes they would need to be invited in

To be fair with this difficult of a campaign they kind of need every advantage they can get

The use of the phrase "oof" is so revolting to me. And is over used by these streamers. I do thoroughly enjoy their shows though.
