Love these breakdowns and explanations of what's getting torqued and where pressure/movement is controlling an opponent. Getting into a situation where you can use this, and then being able to execute it... it has to be difficult until you've put in the thousands on thousands of hours that Duke and Shayna have to make it look so effortless.
This is why wrestling got to be real. Those moves are real. People keep saying its not real. Hmmmm
@@thechatpion9040 the training, skills, and challenges are very much real. Wrestling is a skill. Whether or not the storyline is real doesn't add or detract from the massive effort that it takes to become proficient in locks, submissions, transitions, and counters. I think of the wrestling business as a different application of those skills.

I didn't realize the Yes Lock was a variation of an Omoplata until I looked closely at it during the Reigns match
It seemed like a lot of guys couldn’t take the shoulder torque, so their arm would stay straight and it would just look like a weird crippler crossface.
This channel is truly underrated. It's educational and it gives you an opportunity to see this side of Shayna that you don't see often.
