Yes, don't think there is any problem for a child to travel to Hanle. Only thing one has to ensure ( both for adult and child) is spend a couple of days at altitude around Leh to acclimatize.
Ya sure you can do that but most likely the roads to Ladakh via Manali would be closed in this month. Though internally within Ladakh most of the roads would be open in April.
What is the problem in Hanle for 9 years child. Can travel? Very nice .

Is there any network in hanle..??
Postpaid BSNL comes in Hanle though the reliability of the network specifically 3G is iffy.

You're welcome 🙏
Does the Pangong - Chusul - Rezang La - Tsaga La - Hanle route need any special permits or the online ILP is enough ? Doable in May first week ?
Online ILP is good enough but do check once more before going on the Online ILP site if there is any change. Yes the route is open in May .
Can I ask one question
Sure
How much time take on bike from pangong to hanle
Should take about 8 hours. Add 1 hour extra if you stop at Chushul war memorial.
