Rice - 1 cup
Paani - washing, soaking aur cooking ke lie 8 - 10 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Zeera - 1 tbsp / 3 tsp
Namak - taste according

Keep it up. I never boil rice and then add vegetables etc. Instead I fry all of them and use a particular amount of water. This way carbohydrate I.e starch isn't destroyed. Big thumbs up to you. Well, I do it in the same way....but the tips were simple but great actually. Especially preparing the iron tawa to give nonstick effect...as we should avoid using anykind of nonstick utensils.
