How did you make your reservation for Bar Centifolia ?
I was quite lucky as there was a table available when I walked in. Once someone at the bar left, I was able to move to the bar. Arriving an hour before closing time likely helped.
However, I believe the best way to secure a reservation is to call the bar a day or two in advance. If you don't have a number, hotels can probably help you make the call. Hope this information is helpful for you!
What was the average cost of the drinks? I am guessing something like ¥5,000 to ¥7,000.
Disregard, saw in another comment around ¥2,500. That means I can definately go enjoy 🎉
They are a bit more pricey than the usual simple cocktails, but you should definitely go enjoy these cocktails! 🎉

He's not sad he's trying to look like the stoic anime with minimal facial expression.
A sake monster killed his family and this is him training to learn how to bend alcohol
His expression is one of seriousness. Giving his all for the customer to give them an exquisite experiance.

I've seen his other videos he has "bar rot" a fungal infection caused by having constant damp hands, looked like he had a bandaid on his finger but it's probably caused by a wound from the infection look how red and inflamed his hands are in general, great bartender but damn gross
